우리가 마지막으로 이 호텔을 방문했을 때 방에 도착하기 전에 문이 활짝 열려 있었습니까? 열쇠를 주고 이 방으로 가라고 했고 문이 열렸고 내부 곳곳에 벌레가 있었습니까? 우리는 다른 방을 요청했지만 이른 아침에 직원과 문 바로 밖에서 카트 / 카트를 끄는 소리가 들렸지 만 지난번에 거기에있을 때 문제가 없었습니다. 이번에는 너무 놀랐습니다. ?

The Heated indoor pools are open year around.The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware.The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice Granite table and two chairs.The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.There are 2 conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, there is ample additional paved parking for trailers or boats.The downtown location puts you very close to many shops and great restaurants.Directly across the street there is a wide concrete sidewalk beside the river that runs through Gatlinburg. Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

우리가 마지막으로 이 호텔을 방문했을 때 방에 도착하기 전에 문이 활짝 열려 있었습니까? 열쇠를 주고 이 방으로 가라고 했고 문이 열렸고 내부 곳곳에 벌레가 있었습니까? 우리는 다른 방을 요청했지만 이른 아침에 직원과 문 바로 밖에서 카트 / 카트를 끄는 소리가 들렸지 만 지난번에 거기에있을 때 문제가 없었습니다. 이번에는 너무 놀랐습니다. ?

좋은 호텔, 매우 넓은 객실 및 벽난로 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 2 층에 있었고 괜찮 았습니다. 더 많은 채식 옵션이나 과일을 선호합니다. 중심가까지 짧은 도보 거리에 있지만 호텔 근처에 정차하는 셔틀도 있습니다. 1박을 하고 여름에 다시 와서 야외 공간 수영장을 즐길 것입니다.

호텔은 조용한 강가에 위치하고 있으며 시내 중심까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에있어 쇼핑과 주차의 수고를 덜어줍니다. 문에 들어서 자마자 화장실과 싱크대가 연결되어 있지 않다는 것을 알았습니다. 𣈱, 즉시 프론트 데스크에 연락했지만 즉시 도구를 보내서 직접 처리했습니다. 😓 방을 바꾸거나 호텔을 떠난 후 다른 방을주었습니다. 이 불쾌한 경험이 없다면 좋은 곳입니다! 아침 식사도 맛있습니다!

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다! 진저를 체크인 한 후 방에 모든 것이 좋은지 묻는 문자를 보냈습니다. 우리는 화장실에 불이 나 있었고 다음날 아침에 고쳤습니다. 유일한 다른 점은 수압이 낮고 온도가 설정 한 온도에 도달 한 후에 열이 멈추지 않았다는 것입니다. 밤새도록 달렸고 우리가 그것을 완전히 때도 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 우리는 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 너무 뜨거웠습니다! 우리는 밤에 그것을 잘라 냈고 우리는 밤새 편안하게 머물렀다. 그 외에는 운임 숙박이었습니다.

Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.
