The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.

Newly remodeled in February 20, 2220 Our NO PETS & N0 SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, new pillow top mattress and springs and 40" flat screen TV.It has a wide sliding glass door that leads to the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outdoor pool.Oak Square has an outside pool and a large heated indoor pool w/ kiddie pool. The Heated indoor pools are open year around.The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware.The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다! 진저를 체크인 한 후 방에 모든 것이 좋은지 묻는 문자를 보냈습니다. 우리는 화장실에 불이 나 있었고 다음날 아침에 고쳤습니다. 유일한 다른 점은 수압이 낮고 온도가 설정 한 온도에 도달 한 후에 열이 멈추지 않았다는 것입니다. 밤새도록 달렸고 우리가 그것을 완전히 때도 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 우리는 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 너무 뜨거웠습니다! 우리는 밤에 그것을 잘라 냈고 우리는 밤새 편안하게 머물렀다. 그 외에는 운임 숙박이었습니다.

Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.
