Property is geared toward fishermen and charter groups, but great for anyone looking to spend time in this amazing area. We have full kitchens, boat/trailer parking, boat plug in, outdoor grills, fish cleaning table, fire pit, picnic tables, and outdoor chairs. This unit is on the first floor. Units can sleep 6 guests, but are most comfortable for 4. There are two twin beds in the back bedroom area, and in the kitchen and living room area there are two day beds with trundle beds underneath. We are a 5 unit motel in Port Clinton, OH geared toward fishermen and fishing charter groups, but perfect for anyone looking to stay in this popular tourist area, just minutes from Lake Erie Island ferries, Catawba Island and E. Harbor State Park. Cedar Point is also in close proximity! Units are most comfortable for 4 guests, but can sleep 6 if necessary. This unit has two twin beds and one day bed with trundle bed underneath in the bedroom area, and one day bed with trundle underneath in the living room/ kitchen area. Your Port Clinton adventure-whether it be fishing or exploring the islands-can include staying at this laid back and newly managed motel (a work still in progress!). We are geared toward fishermen, but ideal for anyone looking to stay in this area for an event or weekend getaway! Located near the island ferries, numerous restaurants, E. Harbor State Park, and about 20 min from Cedar Point. The bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a twin day bed with twin trundle underneath. The living area has a twin day bed with trundle underneath, so the unit can sleep 6 people, but is most comfortable for 4 guests. All of our units have full kitchens, heat/AC, Smart TVs and WiFi. We provide the essentials for a comfortable stay such as bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, paper towels, trash bags, and more. Outside you will find space to park boats/trailers, boat plug-in, fish cleaning table, picnic tables, fire pit, outdoor chairs, and a front to porch to watch planes flying in and out of Erie Ottawa airport. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, cookware essentials, silverware, and small appliances such as a toaster, microwave, and coffeemaker. Minutes from the Miller Ferry and Jet Express. Walking distance to Gideon Owen (Mon a Mi) and Twin Oast. Approximately 20 minutes from Cedar Point and Kalahari. Beaches near by as well. This is a first floor 1- bedroom condo for 1-2 people. There are 16 steps up to unit. There is a security fee of $150.00 for door key and security gate keycard; it is refundable after confirmation from cleaners that keys were left in condo after stay. The grounds are nicely manicured and security gate for entry and exit. There is a fire pit area with a wall fountain, tennis court, pickleball and basketball area Unfortunately no pets allowed and only people listed on VRBO reservation are allowed on complex per association rules. There is no smoking in condo or by pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub always clean and has direct access to Lake Erie. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and the sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. During summer months Wed-Sat on Madison Street there are free live bands and drinks and food that you could purchase as you sit on picnic tables listening to the music. Five minute drive to board the Jet Express that will take you to Put in Bay, Kelleys Island. Miller Ferry is a fifteen minute drive and you can go to Middle Bass Island. Relax, Enjoy family and friends and lay on the beach! Going to Cedar Point, Marblehead, Camp Perry or working at Perry Power Plant this condo is a close drive to all! There is no fishing allowed on complex or cleaning of fish but you could do a fishing charter or go downtiwn to Jefferson Street and fish.
