Comfy classic 50’s Florida home in quiet neighborhood close to everything in St. Augustine and ready for your wonderful, relaxing, pet-friendly stay! The property is two miles from downtown St Augustine and the Castillo De San Marcos fort and two miles from beautiful Vilano Beach and Porpoise Point. It is also far enough away from everything to experience the sounds and magic of Florida nature.This Fullerwood historic neighborhood home is charming classic late 50’s Florida style. The house is large and bright with a spacious feeling. Well-placed windows provide pleasant views of aloe gardens shaded by Spanish moss-draped live oak and magnolia trees on a double lot. The Fullerwood quarter is classified by the city as historic and is noted for its diversity of architecture and many old growth towering Florida trees, and its history, which you can read about on historic plaques during shady walks in the neighborhood. It is one block from the marsh of the Intercoastal waterway with sidewalks and friendly neighbors to complete this old Florida setting. The home has two bedrooms, 1 and ¾ baths and sleeps four comfortably.The drive from the house to historic downtown St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, or to beautiful Vilano Beach is about two miles either way. Zeer nette locatie, alles super verzorgd en ondanks dat het vrij dicht bij de snelweg ligt toch zeer rustig. Medewerkers zijn heel erg vriendelijk, zeker een plek om eens naar terug te keren. Enige minpuntje is dat bij het inchecken een kopje van mijn paspoort werd gemaakt.

It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The staff at Comfort Suites were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved that there was a separate lounge area. Breakfast was also included and there was a decent range of food. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Chambre récemment refaite avec une belle douche mais la clim se prend pour un Boeing au decollage et il est impératif d’avoir des boules Quies… Nous en avions donc nous avons pu dormir a peu pres correctement. Sinon l’emplacement est ideal et le rapport qualité prix est correct.

우리가 도착했을 때 제공된 방은 100% 준비되지 않았습니다. 광고 된 방은 냉장고를 위치에서 꺼내고 문은 한동안 새고 있던 물을 모으는 수건 위에 열려있었습니다. 민트. 물에 젖은 엉망을 청소하고 냉장을 다시 제자리에 가져와 문제를 신속하게 대응했습니다. 냉장고는 다시 꽂았지만 결국 지난 3일 동안 누수가 시작되었습니다. 높은 습도가 있었을 수 있으므로 방은 축축한 느낌이 들었습니다.

프론트 데스크의 Cheyenne는 우리의 모든 요구를 돌 보았습니다. 아침 식사 라인에서 음식을 준 사람들은 친절하고 전문적인 검은 무거운 세트맨에 머리를 올려줍니다. 그를 돕는 절단 반바지의 더 나이 많은 소녀에게는 그리 많지 않습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했고 수영장은 굉장했습니다. 친절한 하우스 키핑 직원이 우리를 기분 좋게 만들었습니다. 우리는 방 131에 머물렀고 유일한 문제는 욕실 문이 닫히지 않았다는 것입니다. 직원들은 우리가 필요한 곳 어디든 우리를 몰고 나갔습니다. 나는이 장소를 좋아했고 결코 다른 곳을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 위치는 투어를위한 바로 옆에있는 트롤리이며 호텔에서 픽업합니다.

옷을 위한 걸이는 냉장고 위에 있었고 어린 아이들의 옷과 같은 성인 의류에는 사용자 친화적이지 않았습니다. 매우 우스꽝스럽습니다.  나는 바닥에 약간의 물을 쏟았고, 그것을 닦았다. ... 바닥이 더러웠다. 욕실 세면대에 수압이 많지 않습니다. 샤워는 좋았습니다. 방은 좋은 크기입니다. 실내 또는 실외 인 경우 수영장에 대해 2 번 전화했을 때 실내 ... 정말 말했다! 야외 수영장이며 사무실 창에서 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔은 가격이 비싸다! 그들은 우리를 수용하고 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 1 층에 우리를 넣었습니다. 예, 우리는 12 월 20-22부터 거기에 있었고 몇 달 전에 미리 예약했습니다. 다시는 거기에 가지 않을 것입니다.
