A little bit about the unit itself and our location . . . The main house is a renovated Victorian circa 1880. This studio is a rear unit with a private entrance, queen bed, central air/heat, WiFi, cable TV and a kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. It is strictly a 2-person venue, there being no room for a rollaway bed. Small babies in a sleeper can be accommodated. The bathroom has a large step-in shower and there's a workstation/makeup table for your convenience. The location is super central two blocks from the bayfront and steps from the Flagler College Campus. Wedding venues are all close by and accessible in minutes. The best restaurants in town are minutes away as well on foot. For trips beyond, bikes are parked outside your door ready to explore wider horizons. Free parking with open entry/exit privileges is a few blocks away at the Municipal Garage, at 1 Cordova. Reasonable paid parking is 61 Cordova, almost adjacent to the Hideaway. It is most convenient for late arrivals. You can drive in and to the rear, where you will be fronting Spanish Street. Leave a note on the dash, something like: "Staying at 78 Spanish. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city. Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun. If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options. It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

프론트 데스크의 Cheyenne는 우리의 모든 요구를 돌 보았습니다. 아침 식사 라인에서 음식을 준 사람들은 친절하고 전문적인 검은 무거운 세트맨에 머리를 올려줍니다. 그를 돕는 절단 반바지의 더 나이 많은 소녀에게는 그리 많지 않습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했고 수영장은 굉장했습니다. 친절한 하우스 키핑 직원이 우리를 기분 좋게 만들었습니다. 우리는 방 131에 머물렀고 유일한 문제는 욕실 문이 닫히지 않았다는 것입니다. 직원들은 우리가 필요한 곳 어디든 우리를 몰고 나갔습니다. 나는이 장소를 좋아했고 결코 다른 곳을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 위치는 투어를위한 바로 옆에있는 트롤리이며 호텔에서 픽업합니다.

옷을 위한 걸이는 냉장고 위에 있었고 어린 아이들의 옷과 같은 성인 의류에는 사용자 친화적이지 않았습니다. 매우 우스꽝스럽습니다.  나는 바닥에 약간의 물을 쏟았고, 그것을 닦았다. ... 바닥이 더러웠다. 욕실 세면대에 수압이 많지 않습니다. 샤워는 좋았습니다. 방은 좋은 크기입니다. 실내 또는 실외 인 경우 수영장에 대해 2 번 전화했을 때 실내 ... 정말 말했다! 야외 수영장이며 사무실 창에서 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔은 가격이 비싸다! 그들은 우리를 수용하고 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 1 층에 우리를 넣었습니다. 예, 우리는 12 월 20-22부터 거기에 있었고 몇 달 전에 미리 예약했습니다. 다시는 거기에 가지 않을 것입니다.

우리가 도착했을 때 제공된 방은 100% 준비되지 않았습니다. 광고 된 방은 냉장고를 위치에서 꺼내고 문은 한동안 새고 있던 물을 모으는 수건 위에 열려있었습니다. 민트. 물에 젖은 엉망을 청소하고 냉장을 다시 제자리에 가져와 문제를 신속하게 대응했습니다. 냉장고는 다시 꽂았지만 결국 지난 3일 동안 누수가 시작되었습니다. 높은 습도가 있었을 수 있으므로 방은 축축한 느낌이 들었습니다.
