A stunning bay view is exactly what you'll enjoy from the moment you enter this relaxing, two-bedroom, bay front condo. Updated in 2022 with new furnishings, this is the perfect place for the family to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment you arrive and see the spectacular views over the protected banks of the Back Bay National Wildlife Preserve, you'll be able to unwind and start enjoying beach time. The Sanctuary is located right on the beach, so no need to cross any roads to have your toes in the sand and feel the soft breeze off the ocean. The spacious living area offers plenty of room for family and friends to gather and take in the breathtaking colors of the nightly sunsets. The floors of the main living area are beautiful tile, so there's no need to worry about tracking in wet sand. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After dinner each evening, you can stream movies on the 55” SMART TV in the family room or just lie back and relax in one of the comfortable bedrooms, also equipped with cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and Netflix are complimentary, and of course you can stream all your favorite shows on your home account through secure Contour apps. This beach home is owned and operated by a local couple, and we will do our best to ensure that your vacation is convenient and enjoyable. Check in is no hassle, as we will greet you and help you navigate the facility on your arrival. No long line ups, just personalized service from the owners, who hope our guests have a great vacation in this fantastic beach locale. We have a cart available to bring up your luggage and any groceries, as well as a storage locker in the garage level with 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, and a beach cart (as well as a Coleman cooler on wheels located in the condo) to make your beach days fun and easy. RESORT AMENITIES The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including outdoor pools (open Memorial Day weekend to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. There is also a licensed onsite restaurant, Jose Tequilas, open every day from 11am to 10pm, serving up delicious Mexican food. In the summer season, the cabana restaurant is open and has a swim up bar. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, including a children's playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball courts, and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor.WHAT'S NEARBY Baja Restaurant is right across from the Sanctuary and has delicious seafood and tasty fine dining along with a fun, casual beach vibe. Back Bay Getaway, across the road from the Sanctuary, offers paddle board, kayak, and jet ski rentals, which are easily reserved online. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore, as well as great bicycling and a convenient kayak launch. Smoking is prohibited except in designated garage areas. Maintenance of the Sanctuary condo complex takes place from October to April. There is ongoing construction in both buildings, and we will make sure to notify guests of any impacts to their stay. Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space for 330B. The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were fantastic! The room was clean and had a full kitchenette with everything I could possibly need, including a refrigerator/freezer that actually worked well and a full sized coffee maker with coffee! My view from my room was amazing! And, I really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was winter, so I wasn't sure that the accommodations would be up to par, but they most certainly were. I enjoyed every minute of my time there.

This has been the choice hotel for my family for 10 years when we take our annual Va beach vacation! No issues with hotel or its staff, the room, the check in process flawless as usual, but the new aqua holics poolside bar and venue is horrible, limited selection of food and drinks and to top it off the staff is rude and over aggressive. They appear to be an entity that simply rents space from the hotel but they act as if they own the property. We went to enjoy the pool area and they literally said we don’t have room you must leave. I bought my room it’s not my fault the alcoholics and folks who are not staying on property have over crowded the ata, they should move or you relocate them. The pool belongs to choice hotels not your overrated brand. Terrible in that regard so we spent most of our vacation on the beach to avoid trouble and being hassled and harassed!

My family & I recently stayed at this property, and the service was awesome!! We would definitely book here again!! To speak on why we would...One of the elevators was out of order, which is beyond their control, so to make the unpleasant situation pleasant; guests were provided with snacks and soda in the lobby while we waited for the elevator ... in addition to this dilemma, the water lines had to be tested, and the hotel was without water pressure for a little while; with that being said, guest were informed arrangements had been made so that we could use the neighboring hotel .... all the staff was extremely nice and I especially appreciated the security of ID check before a room key was given ... because there wasn't a hot-tub, I will give this hotel a 9/10 ... Wonderful booking

However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel.

해변 바로 옆에 있고 많은 상점과 레스토랑, 호텔 로비 및 객실까지 도보 거리에 있지만 객실의 AC가 잘 작동하지 않으며 일부 객실에는 보안 걸쇠의 변경으로 인해 손님이 방에서 잠그는 데 문제가 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원과 하우스 키핑 직원은 친절했지만 한 관리자는 하우스 키핑에 대해 ”영어를 충분히 잘하지 못함”이라고 말하고 뒤에서 의견을 말하면서 손님을 화나게하는지 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같았습니다.

체크인 1시간 30분 전에 도착했는데 아직 방이 준비되지 않았습니다. 다시 와야 한다고 들었습니다. 주차장을 이용할 수 없었기 때문에 1시간 30분을 기다리기 위해 차를 주차해야 했습니다. 내 방이 준비되었을 때 나는 그들이 너무 백업되어 있었기 때문에 체크인하기 위해 45 분 동안 차 줄에서 기다려야했습니다. 체크인할 때 방 열쇠 2개만 받았는데 아무것도 없었습니다. 방에 웰컴 패킷이 있을 거라고 생각했지만 아무것도 없었습니다. 우리 일행의 다른 절반이 도착했을 때 그들도 차 줄에서 45분을 기다려야 했습니다. 수영장은 더러웠고 안면 마스크가 떠 있었습니다. 첫날 밤에 AC가 작동하지 않았고 방의 온도는 80도였습니다. 어느날 아침 9시에 프론트 데스크에 방문하여 우리가 외출했기 때문에 하우스 키핑에게 새 수건과 화장지를 방으로 가져 오라고 요청했으며 1 위치에 깔끔하게 쌓여있는 오래된 수건과 쓰레기를 제거 할 수 있는지 물었습니다. 나는 이 서비스를 24시간 전에 요청해야 했지만 새 수건과 화장지를 가져올 것이라고 들었습니다. 나는 오후 6시에 돌아와서 방에 수건이나 화장지가 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 내가 프론트 데스크에 전화했을 때 나는 다시 한 번이 항목을 24 시간 전에 요청해야하지만 어쨌든 누군가를 보내겠다고 말했습니다. 나는 방에 4 명이 머물렀고 수건 2 개를 가져 와서 2 개를 더 얻으려면 다른 여행을해야했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 발렛파킹이 1개만 있어서 1시간 이상 기다려야만 출발했습니다. 2줄의 차가 쌓여 있었고 그 불쌍한 아이는 열심히 일하고 있었지만 할 수 있는 일은 그 정도밖에 없었습니다. 나는 고객 서비스에 매우 불만족했다.
