SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys for the children at no extra charge. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. Sea Turtle Inc. & South Padre Island Birding And Nature Center are located just across the street, or jump on the island shuttle to access all SPI has to offer. If you're looking for nightlife, Clayton's and Bar Louie are right next door. We've got everything you need to make this beach getaway a place you'll be looking forward to visiting for years to come. An open kitchen and living area allow you to enjoy the company you came with all while relaxing on our American Leather couches & recliner. The grounds are filled with lush tropical trees and shrubbery and feature BBQ stations with picnic seating. The 2 pools are heated in cooler months making this the perfect spot to visit year round. Use the Island Metro shuttle to explore the island, Port Isabel, & even take a trip to Brownsville. The Ride Systems app will show you pickup times and routes to help plan your day. Enjoy a dolphin watching cruise, go snorkeling and scuba diving, or try some of the other watersports South Padre has to offer! Beach horseback riding and four-wheeling are minutes down the road to the north! You can also visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Fishing and golf are some of the best in the south on S Padre Island! A short drive across the border and you are in Matamoros, Mexico! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. This Condo, located at the Tiki Condominiums has everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second floor condo is roomy, Comfortable, and perfectly suited for you to spend your entire vacation with all the comforts of home, including kitchen and living space. With over 712 square feet, 2 sleeper sofas and king size bed, this condo can comfortably accommodate a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 children or 4 adults.) The kitchen comes fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. There is Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TV's, cable with HBO and ESPN Channels. Bed linens, bath, kitchen, and beach towels are provided. 預訂酒店的時候覺得照片顏色特別淡。到了南帕島酒店，實景顏色確實是淡，也許是陽光很強，有海霧導致的。 酒店年頭不短，但是細節做的非常好。樓道經常有人打掃，地毯乾乾淨淨，房間內的設施也非常乾淨，非常新。兩張大床，每張大床可以睡兩人。 如果怕吵，需要跟前台説不要遠離酒店正門的房間，房頂的空調外機很吵。 非常好的一個度假酒店。幾乎住滿。絕大多數的住客是老年人，應該是老年休閑團。酒店距離沙灘100多米。海邊有三個很大的餐廳酒吧。 酒店馬路對面兒有一個海龜保護中心和會議中心（鯨魚牆）。 15分鐘的車程可以開到南帕島最南端有房車營地，基督像和一個1英里的棧橋，上面有很多釣魚的人，可以釣到很大的魚。 距離space x發射場車程有1小時。

located in a gated community with pool and jacuzzi, it has large dining table that sits 6. My favorite rooms are the large inviting room and the porch with the view of the pool and Bayview. Complete amenities. It has a dual mastersuite with queen size beds and private baths, the third bedroom with a daybed with pull bed and a guality sofa sleeper in the living room. It has safe deposit box , barbecue griller, biddet, towels, paper towels, soap , shampoo, conditioner, kitchen and cooking utensils are available . This condo is close to the pool area as well as a few steps away from south padre’s white sandy beach. Enjoy the gulf breeze from the over-sized balcony facing the 2nd pool (unit is not directly on the ocean), lounge at one of Tiki's two heated pools, stroll through the tropical grounds in one of south padre island's most popular beachfront resorts or use our property grills to make some barbecue ribs & fajitas.Prepare your favorite meals in a tastefully updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and contemporary cabinets including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils. 아주 좋은 리조트 호텔, 아름답고 편리합니다. 호텔은 난파 섬의 남쪽에 있으며, 가장 남쪽에 RV 캠프가있는 공원을 제외하고는 더 높은 건물이 없습니다. 겨울 수영장이 아니라면 호텔 뒤에 해변으로가는 판자 도로가 있습니다. 남쪽 고층 방에서는 스타선 기지와 발사탑이 보입니다. 스타선이 발사되면 더 인기있는 방이 될 것이라고 상상할 수 있습니다. 밤에는 발코니에서 스타선 기지 조립 공장의 조명과 발사 랙에 스트로크 조명도 볼 수 있습니다. 이것은 Starship 애호가에게 훌륭한 주거 선택입니다.

The hotel room is big. The location is excellent with its own beach access. The breakfast was nice. The parking is free. The breakfast attendant ( the gentleman) was very welcoming and enthusiastic. He made waffles for us. We only stayed for one night. Overall, for what we paid for a night, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and at the beach.

One of the best locations on all of South Padre. The door of my room was literally only steps away from the beach with parking just as close. This made coming and going very easy with no elevators or long walks to the parking area. On the down side, there were people out on the shared front deck until midnight several nights in a row. They were not excessively noisy but they did have music playing the entire time. Could have done without that but it was not enough to keep me from enjoying my stay. If peace and solitude is what you need, probably should consider staying somewhere else. Otherwise, this is an ideal location at a very reasonable price. Did not visit the bar and there was no food service available at the time of my stay.

메인 수영장 바닥은 수리가 필요하며 프론트 데스크에서 변경하지 않았기 때문에 세탁을 할 수 있도록 변경할 기계가 있다면 좋습니다. 전반적인 체류는 훌륭했고 수영장에서 해변에 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 멋진 위치에있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 좋았고 가족에게이 지역을 돌아 다니며 즐거운 활동을 할 수있는 훌륭한 제안을했습니다. 그것은 굉장한 경험이었습니다.
