Impressive, cleaned and modern, reasonable rate and staffs friendly

Fantastic hotel. I don't often stay in 5 stars, however in comparison to the ones I have been in, this one wins as the best I've stayed in. Staff were amazing and such welcoming people. The breakfast is the best I've had when using hotels. Such a great selection and met my dietary requirements of my need to over eat😜. The room was a good size, with an immaculate bathroom. The bar was reasonable priced and great to have a sky view.

除了洗澡花灑🚿水有點小，其他沒毛病

盧布爾雅那是一座很小的首都城市，這個酒店也不大，大堂的行李員衹有一位，但是服務還可以。早餐一般，酒廊裏面吃的不多，房間還不錯，酒店總體是良好，達不到優秀的評分。推薦山上城堡裏面的餐廳，米其林1星，價格不貴，食物很美味。

It’s in a good location , delay in service but overall it’s good

房間終於沒有那麼擁擠感了！設備很新！洗手間很寬敞早餐倒是一般，普通煎個雞蛋還要另外收費！而且煎蛋廚師的態度也很冷！不是很舒服！買的早餐衹能吃點麪包水果咖啡茶這些東西！

Excellent attention to details. Everything from the room, the view from our 14th floor, the breakfast to the staff were top quality. The spa area with pool and jacuzzi has a gorgeous view of the castle and is open 6:30am to 11:00pm. I'd definitely stay here again!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll. Von der Atmosphäre (oder dem Flair) der Stadt ist allerdings nichts zu spüren.

Établissement excellent , les chambres sont très grandes et très claires , le personnel toujours très gentil Se situe dans un quartier un peu excentré , mais près de la gare train et bus , il faut 10/15 mn pour aller dans le centre historique à pied Exceptionnel sejour

Best hotel in Slovenia

Hotel meraviglioso in posizione strategica. Camere pulitissime e spaziose. Ma la vera differenza la fa lo staff sempre gentile, presente, premuroso e molto preparato che ti mette subito a tuo agio. Cibo e colazione di altissimo livello. Particolare menzione di assoluta gentilezza che dovrebbe essere sempre premiata va ai ragazzi del Car Valet dell albergo in particolare modo a Niča ( spero di averlo scritto giusto). Grazie infinite!

Good hotel that makes me feel great in the city , nice facilities and staffs attitude . It's good to let you relax in your stay .

I had to pay for things that I never took from the Mini Bar and also the check out was too long, which made me miss my bus. They are so unorganised and unprofessional.
