We are located on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii, directly above Kailua-Kona, on the side of Mt Hualalai, in Holualoa, with an awesome ocean and coastline view! Please read our reviews because the view from the cottage lanai is better than we can describe in words!Our custom built studio cottage is about 500 sq. feet with a roomy wide lanai, and special bistro high seating to enjoy the fabulous ocean view. MUST see to appreciate!The cool elevation of our cottage is 1400 ft. with a beautiful view of the coastline over Honokohau Harbor. The sunsets we get to enjoy are incredible! The coqui frogs will sing to you in the early eve but quiet down during the middle of the night. Some call them them "night singing birds". Holualoa town itself, is a small quaint art village now, and a classic old small Hawaiian town with lots of history. Holualoa area is a very preferred area to stay and live because of the cooler temperatures, Kona coffee country all around, coastline views, and it's close proximity to town. There are several events in our village including "First Fridays" each month when local artists, musicians, food booths and more are all along the streets through Holualoa Town. The cooler temperatures at this elevation make it a comfortable location.There is a field of friendly goats on one side of the property, yes you may feed them :) Papaya trees are located throughout the property and you're welcome to as many as you like. Aloha!! We are new to VRBO but have 25+ 5 star reviews on another popular vacation rental platform. This is truly a unique property and I have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay! This Kona coffee estate is located just minutes from downtown Kona. Centrally located, it is perfect for beach days and day trips anywhere on The Big Island. This private and peaceful 3 bedroom with two full bathrooms is surrounded by lush gardens, and mature fruit and coffee trees. Relax in the hot tub after a day's adventure and enjoy the beautiful sunset views that transform into vivid starscapes.This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is located at the perfect elevation with both ocean and mountain breezes. The master bath has a large soaking tub and outdoor rock wall shower. The charming kitchen is open to the living room and has beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop and oven. The private, enclosed backyard includes a nice covered lanai with ocean and sunset views! There is a beautiful in-ground spa off the master bedroom lanai surrounded by a lush tropical landscaped yard.The bedrooms are well spaced out from each other ensuring everyone has their privacy. Air conditioning is provided in each bedroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and outdoor shower. Guests are more than welcome to meet and interact/pet with animals when they are out and about on property or even if requested should they be in my side. (However Macaw/bird requires supervision if you are interested in holding or petting. When looking at or watching … no supervision needed). My animals are friendly but dog does alert to strangers/intruders. Cats love car rides so please do not leave door or windows open to vehicles and/or check to make certain they are NOT in the vehicle when locking vehicle up or leaving residence.Check in time 3:00 PM and check out time NOON. Times can be flexible with ADVANCE reasonable notice to owner. Flight arrival time and departure times are required upon booking so I can be sure unit is disinfected, cleaned and prepped for your arrival and also to be certain there is no conflict with other booked guests.*****Unit is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before AND after each guest(s). This unit is used for my own friends and family members and is sanitized/cleaned good enough for them or even for myself to stay in.*****. There's plenty of space for everyone in this comfortable home. Enjoy the private lanai and manicured lawn complete with a deck and a spa. This home is surrounded on two sides by an ancient Hawaiian archeological site.You'll love the comfortable, open-concept living area in this lovely home. The living room, kitchen and dining area all share the view of the ocean and sunset. Experience ocean and sunset views from the kitchen, living room and dining area. This home features festive ocean-themed interior design touches throughout. The large gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. Gas cooktop and dining space for up to eight people create efficiency and convenience. The living room is furnished with an abundance of comfortable seating as well as a 55-inch flat-screen T.V. The highlight of this space is lanai which is accessible through the large sliding glass doors. Enjoy expansive views of the sparkling ocean, as well as refreshing sea breezes.In addition to lanai access and beautiful views, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, 40-inch T.V. with Blu-Ray player, WiFi, and high ceilings with fans and skylights. 위치도 좋고 허니문이라고 했을때 서비스도 너무 좋았으나, 방에 개미가 너무 많고 ㅜㅜ 아이언맨 경기 기간이였는데 토요일에 행사를 아침 6시부터 해서 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 행사 기간과 청결만 좋았다면 완벽한 곳이이에요

침실 2개와 거실 1개가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 6인, 4개의 방이 있고 거실에는 이동식 침대가 있습니다. 욕실도 2개 있습니다. 머물기에 매우 편안합니다. 그런데 에어컨은 없고 방 하나에 에어컨 수납장이 있는데 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야 합니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 꽤 새롭고 사용하기 편하지만, 거실 침대에서 자고 있는 사람들에게는 기계 돌아가는 소리가 들린다. 주방에는 직접 요리를 하려는 분들을 위한 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 호텔에서 차로 5분 이내의 거리에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상업 센터가 있습니다. 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 프런트는 이미 업무를 마쳤습니다. 그런데 프런트 문 앞에 전용 전화번호가 있으니 전화해서 성을 말하면 비밀번호를 알려줍니다. 객실 열쇠가 보관되어 있는 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 직접 수령하실 수 있습니다. 모든 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편합니다. 게다가 이 방의 가장 나쁜 점은 도로 쪽 창문이 전통적인 통창이 아닌 유리 셔터로 되어 있어 간격이 크고 소음이 너무 많다는 점입니다. 밤에는 차가 적어서 할 수 있는데, 오전 6시 이후에는 차가 너무 많아서 길가에서 자는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 잠이 오지 않는 학생은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.
