Location, location, location. Restaurants & Attractions walkable. Enjoy renting this 1950’s themed historic homestead with all the modern bells and whistles. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 11 people comfortably and 2 beautiful, spacious full bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub) with a total of 5 TVs. Free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning/Heating, washer & dryer with laundry soap, Iron & Ironing board, outdoor grill, linens & towels, and hairdryers are just some of the additional amenities offered. The kitchen has 1950’s Retro looking appliances (with the comfort of today's appliances) in the traditional baby-blue colors with pink walls and black & white tile floors. Kitchen pots, pans, blender, crock pot, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dish soap, paper towels, etc are provided in addition to service for 24 people. The main level has the master king bedroom and a secondary queen bedroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a pull-out Futon, and a family/play room with TV, tables, chairs, games and a PlayStation. The former Summer Kitchen located adjacent to the home has been turned into a recreation room complete with a combination poker & bumper pool table, classic Coca-Cola refrigerator, AC/Heat, and 55 inch TV. The outside porch, complete with an old fashioned swing for two, allows for great people watching being right on Main Street. This Rupprecht Homestead is just two buildings South of Frankenmuth River Place Shops, less than a 2 minute walk. Five designated parking spots at the home allows you to keep your car in one place as you walk through beautiful downtown Frankenmuth, of which you are located in the heart of. If you decide to drive, everything in town is within a 10 minute drive. The popular Birch Run Outlet Mall is approximately a 15 minute drive. This house is ideal for families or groups of adults looking for a "get-a-way". Enjoy the charm of this transformed 1950’s home and of Frankenmuth "Michigan's Little Bavaria" to see why it is the leading tourist destination within the state of Michigan. Bring your dog and enjoy the parks directly beside and behind this property. The loft is located directly across from the River Place shopping district. Walk to everything!! Year round festivals and activities make this the perfect vacation location. Enjoy the Worlds Largest Christmas store and our World Famous Chicken Dinners from Main St. This loft comes with everything you could possibly need, including coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, oven, shower and tub, air conditioning, 2 porches, green space, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi, and so much more. The first bedroom has both a queen bed and twin bed with plenty of room for an air mattress if needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area, and private balcony overlooking main street. Be our guest at the beautiful ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn, an estate home accommodating up to 16 people and located just steps over the wooden covered bridge to all Frankenmuth offers. The ResidenZ offers five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests with an additional sofa sleeper for a total count of 16. In addition, there are five full bathrooms (two with a jacuzzi tub). Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer & dryer with laundry soap, irons & ironing boards, linens & towels, and hairdryers are just some of the additional amenities offered.While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals.
