We invite you to visit our home for a comfortable and memorable visit to Nashville. Our Guest Suite was renovated in 2024 and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a living room with kitchenette and Queen sofa trundle bed. We are a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. We live upstairs with our young daughter and dog. Guests have a private side entrance and off-street parking (1 car). Street parking is also available. We invite you to visit our home for a comfortable and memorable visit to Nashville. We live in a home built in 1940 which we renovated in 2024, adding the 900 square feet guest suite to the lower level. Our Guest Suite includes a comfortable living room and kitchen area with a Queen sofa trundle bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and one with twin beds) with a shared bathroom. We have WiFi and television with streaming services. We take pride in the quality of our mattresses, linens, appliances and decor. Our goal is to provide our guests the most comfortable and "home away from home" experience possible as they stay in our lovely city.PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs and do our best to keep quiet especially during quiet hours which are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Although we do our best to keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb guests, we have a young daughter who wakes up around 7am and there is a likelihood you will hear us, although we try to keep her as quiet as possible (not always easy with a 7 year old!). If you're planning to stay out late and sleep late undisturbed, this might not be the best spot for you. We like to be completely honest to help manage expectations so our guests have a great trip. We have many amenities for families with children that we can make available upon request (Pack n Play, baby monitor, books, toys, etc.). We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 7-year old daughter and dog.We live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.Our goal is to provide our guests the most comfortable home away from home" experience possible as they stay in our lovely city. PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs and do our best to keep quiet especially during quiet hours which are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Although we do our best to keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb guests, we have a 5 year who wakes up around 7am and there is a likelihood you will hear us, although we try to keep her as quiet as possible (not always easy with a 5 year old!). If you're planning to stay out late and sleep late undisturbed, this might not be the best spot for you. We like to be completely honest to help manage expectations so our guests have a great trip. We ask our guests to also keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors and to be mindful that we live upstairs. We live in a family oriented neighborhood and have a daughter that goes to bed early, so if you’re looking for a place where you can party, this is not the location for you. We look forward to hosting responsible and mature adults. We take great pride in our home and expect our guests to be respectful of our space as you stay here. This upscale 3BR/3.5BA townhouse located in Nashville across the street from Belmont University is a short distance from Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South and Vanderbilt University. The Gulch and all that downtown has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2014 this stylish, three level townhouse is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, a large comfortable sofa, love seat, and marble coffee and side tables. The dining table seats 6 or dine at the black quartzite kitchen island that seats up to 3 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. Upstairs there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has its own desk and a 55" TV and in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and is also furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located nearby the bottom bedroom just outside the garage entrance. Stayed for 3 nights, and wanted to be close to the airport for very early morning flight. They had great cookies at check in (recommend the Reece's peanut butter cookie with chocolate chip :-). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits/gravy. I can't really comment on those, since I went for yogurt with granola/nuts/dried fruit. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby.

The service was consistently friendly and professional — every staff member I interacted with made me feel well taken care of. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.

우리는 지난 5-10 년 동안 여러 번 여기에 머물렀기 때문에 우리는 우리가 무엇을 얻을 것인지 알고 있다고 생각했습니다. 내슈빌은 여름이라 건물과 방이 습한 느낌이 들어서 반대편을 보니 다소 괜찮습니다. 방은 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 편안한 침대, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 상당히 편안한 의자 및 오토만. 사소한 일들은 혼란스럽고 한때 멋진 호텔이 추세를 내리고 있다는 사실에 대해 걱정합니다. 🚪 문에 키 카드가 고장났습니다! 카드를 미끄러지는 것은 모든 시간의 가장 결론적이었고 우리에게 문제를주었습니다. 한 번 키 카드가 카드를 먹고 끝까지 미끄러졌습니다. 유지 보수가 카드를 회수하기 위해 왔습니다. 수정은 이루어지지 않았고, 우리는 조심하라고 들었습니다. 🪟 창 커튼 뒤의 차양은 키 AF였습니다. 왼쪽은 아래로 내려 갔지만 움직이지 않았습니다 (코드가 제거되고 상단에 끼워졌습니다). 오른쪽이 당기는 것을 제외하고는 아래로 내려갈 방법이없는 동안 모두. 그러나 내가 그것을했을 때, 나는 그들이 그것을 가지고있는 이유를 깨달았다. 그리고 전기 모터는 꺼졌다. ... 그것은 끝까지 가지 않고 파쇄되었다. 💧 싱크대는 뒤로, 오른쪽에 뜨거운 물과 왼쪽에 시원합니다. 🌡️ 온도 조절기가 고장났습니다. 방은 시원하게 유지되었지만 습기가 많아서 불편하게 시원했습니다. 가구가 끈적끈적한 느낌이 들 정도로 습했습니다. 방은 우리를 위해 작동했습니다. 모든 작은 것들이 합쳐져 다음 여행이 다른 곳에서 예약 될 것이라고 생각하게 만들었습니다.

My daughter and I stayed at the Cambria to celebrate her 21st birthday. The hotel did NOT disappoint. Everything was amazing! Our check in with Erin was fast and she was so kind. The room was clean and perfect. The location was a block off of Broadway and just a few short blocks to all of the actions. Ole Smokey's was just a few blocks in the other directions. The pools temperature was just right and the beer at the bar was cold. Housekeeping was impeccable! We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Cambria in Downtown Nashville and will definitely stay there again!

'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us. Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast. The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 우리가 내슈빌을 통과했을 때 I-24과 I-40에 편리하게 접근 할 수 있다는 것입니다. 아침 뷔페도 좋았습니다. 그 외에는 호텔 방이 오래되었고 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났으며 벽과 욕실에는 나이의 명확한 흔적이 있습니다. 다시 해야 한다면 이번 숙박을 위해 다른 호텔을 선택할 것입니다. 다른 Holiday Inn Express 위치에 머물면서 호텔의 열악한 품질에 놀랐습니다.

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

예약은 여행사에서 호텔까지 잘못 번역되어 스탠다드 킹 룸(상충제)을 구매한 후 2 개의 퀸 침대가있는 방으로 배정되었습니다. 호텔 직원이 수용 할 수있었습니다. 방 자체는 비교적 깨끗했지만 냉장고는 청소되지 않았으며 이전 손님의 남은 음식을 처리해야했습니다. 수영장은 시즌 동안 문을 닫았습니다. ... 우리가 밖에 놀고 싶었을지라도 유일한 좌석 옵션은 흡연을위한 2 좌석이었습니다. 폐쇄되면 사람들이 수영장을 이용하게 막는 것이 어려울 것이라는 것을 이해하지만, 대체 야외 좌석 옵션은 좋았을 것입니다. 그 외에도 위치는 내쉬빌 시내에 편리하게 접근 할 수 있었고 벽 바와 레스토랑의 매우 귀여운 구멍에 가깝습니다. 수영장이 열리면 불쾌한 숙박이 아니며 여전히 (3 번째로) 돌아올 것입니다. 객실은 냉장고와 전자렌지 모두 구비되어 있고, 제가 묵은 다른 체인들이 더 넓었습니다. 어메니티가 부족하다는 점을 감안하면 가격도 상냥했습니다.
