Dorsett grand subang I have stayed there few time ,is clean and quite place ,room are big ,toilet are clean ,will come back to stay here again soon ,I like to stay at here .

Hotel too old but bed is clean and crisp.

This hotel has to train its staff so that clear information is given to the guests. I stayed there for 3 days two nights and every day the rules for parking were changing. If the simple thing like parking they couldn’t be clear about, I’m not sure what else that could have not been clear. The staff were not helpful in solving the issue faced by me. It was a bad experience and I will never set my foot in this hotel again.

Room is quite old but overall ok.

Nice and cozy bed. Great location and 10mins to sunway pyramid. Easy route to subang airport as well. Less traffic

I encountered some challenges with the concierge staff at Dorsett Grand Subang, as they were unhelpful and rude. However, after addressing the issue with the reception, they promptly upgraded all five of our rooms, which improved our overall experience. Despite the initial setback, the hotel's responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were commendable.
