This recently fully renovated Balboa Island 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex beach house is centrally located on the island with close access to the Balboa Ferry and historic Marine Avenue.The front and upper patios are perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy comfortable outdoor dining with patio tables chairs, and BBQ's.Both front and back units have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and large living rooms. Both units also have a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed with a full and twin sized bed. The front unit has 2 en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom and the back unit has a shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms.There is parking designated for 4 cars total, 2 in the tandem carport of the front unit and 2 in the garage of the back unit with direct access to the front unit. There is also a laundry room shared between both units complete with a washer and dryer.This beach house is in prime location on Balboa Island. Go for a walk around the island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue. Indulge in one of Balboa Island's famous frozen banana or a Balboa Bar. Beautiful Zen retreat with bay view from the balcony. Five houses from the beach you have a three-bedroom oasis. Cruiser bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, towels and toys are provided. Walk 5 minutes to ferry, restaurants, ferris wheel & jet skies. Bike ride over to the penninsula and ride down the beachfront to tiki bars, shops and surf spots. You'll spend all day sailing, surfing, biking or just relaxing on the beach. Then, at 5p.m. come relax on the balcony with a bottle of wine and a great view of sailboats slowing sailing down the harbor. It's amazing. 일주일 정도 머물렀는데 프런트 서비스도 좋고 호텔 로비도 예쁘고 방에 작은 발코니가 있어 환기가 가능하고 주변 환경이 조용합니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 세븐일레븐이 있습니다 도보로 몇 분 거리에 생필품을 구입할 수 있습니다. 7-11 호텔 옆에 여러 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔에서 7-11로 가는 길에 세탁소, 패스트푸드점, 다만 호텔의 유일한 단점은 방 청소에 3일이 걸리고 씨트립 직원에게 전화를 걸어 해결을 도와줬다는 것. 호텔에 청소가 필요하다고 말씀하시면 되고 청소도 가능합니다. 청소가 필요 없으시면 방 문에 쓰레기봉투를 놔두시면 됩니다. 룸서비스가 와서 청소를 해줍니다. 근데 호텔 쓰레기통에 쓰레기봉투가 없었어요 다음은 좀 사러 세븐일레븐에 갔습니다 호텔 침구 얘기를 해보자 매트리스가 진짜 너무 푹신푹신해요 너무 푹신하고 편해요. t 푹신한 침대에서 주무세요 3일째는 자느라 척추가 아프고 정말 불편해요 이불과 이불이 불편하고 생활이 다 시끄럽고 베게냄새가 머리기름냄새가 아니라서요 며칠 잤더니 첫날밤이네 냄새만 맡아봐! 상관없으시면 무시하셔도 됩니다! 그래도 며칠은 버틸 수 있어😥
