Located about 15-20 min driving from the White House, the house is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends. Admire the sunset over a glass of wine on the front porch after a long day of sightseeing, or relax watching some TV in the beautifully decorated living room.Neighborhood DescriptionClosest metro is Brookland metro on the Red Line (10-15 min walking from the house).Brookland DC is our neighborhood. There are lots of places to eat in the neighborhood (all about 10-15 min walking from the house): Busboys and Poets (nice brunch and kid friendly), Brookland Pint (nice beer garden), Starbucks, &Pizza, Chipotle, etc. Brookland Farmers Market is open on Saturdays in the morning. For families with children, Turkey Thicket playground is worth visiting with its indoor swimming pool (about 5 min driving from the house).Famous Union Market and La Cosecha are only a few minutes driving from the house. In particular, try the Japanese ramen stand at Union Market, and the Peruvian food stand at La Cosecha are so worth trying (try beef empanadas and lomo saltado).Message us if you’d like more recommendations.Getting AroundBrookland metro on the Red Line is within 10-15 min walking. Capital Bikeshare bikes are also one block away from the house at the corner between 18th St and Monroe St. Lots of buses will also take you to Brookland metro. For those driving, 1 free parking space is available in the back of the house. Free street parking is also available across the street.On the upper level, you’ll find a full bathroom, a queen bedroom (queen size bed), a kids room with bunkbeds (2 twins), and a bedroom with a full size bed. On the middle level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, laundry area and a half bathroom.On the lower level, you will find a second living room with a kitchenette, a full bathroom and another bedroom with a full size bed.We also have one sofa bed in each living room. This apartment includes high end black marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and unique stone flooring. The open floor plan allows guests to whip up a feast while remaining a part of the action. Enjoy the patio space where there's outdoor seating and a bbq grill for outdoor enjoyment. This is your home away from home. By reserving this listing, you are agreeing that the listed number of guests are the only individuals occupying the residence with you. Guests in your party that are not included in your reservation are subject to $18/day extra guest fees. For long term reservations a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property if evidence are found inside the property of smoking it will be a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed in the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front of the property.We need everyone to adhere to the set checkout times. We can allow a 15min grace period. 호텔은 정말 인상적이었고, 유서 깊은 건물이었습니다. 위치도 환상적이었고, 딱히 할 말이 없네요. 북쪽에는 슈퍼마켓이 있고 남쪽에는 백악관이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 몇 가지 단점을 꼽자면: 1) 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 2) 욕실 시설이 다소 낡았습니다. 3) 냉장고가 고장 나서 음식을 바로 옮겨서 먹어야 합니다. 여름에는 매우 불편합니다.

엄마와 함께 갔다. 우선 위치가 너무 안좋습니다! ! ! ***에서는 교통이 정말 편리하지만 거기 앉을 방법이 없습니다! ! ! 차가 없는 동포들은 오지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 거리는 ***, *********로 가득 차 있습니다. 그때 버스에 탄 경찰관이 다가와 우리를 괴롭히며 버스에서 내리려고 했습니다. 다행히 버스 운전사가 우리를 멈춰 세웠습니다. 묘지로 둘러싸여 있고 버려져 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 사람들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 그런데 에어컨이 고장나서 고쳐도 나아질 수가 없어요.

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

캡슐 호텔의 아이디어를 사랑하고 프라이버시를 즐기십시오. 그러나 캡슐에는 전원이 공급되지 않는 USB 포트만 있었고 충전을 매우 실망스럽고 긴 노력으로 만든 파워포인트가 없었습니다. 많은 음식과 바, 길 건너편에 있는 cvs와 모퉁이를 돌면 지하철도 가깝습니다. 삶을 매우 쉽게 만들었습니다. trip.com 앱이 주세를 받지 않기 때문에 체크인 과정이 성가셨습니다. 도착 시 자체 체크인을 할 수 없었기 때문에 건물 앞에서 4 시간을 기다려야했습니다. 오후 6시 체크인 시간 슬롯에 가방을 들고 오전 10시에서 오후 1시, 오후 6시에서 오후 10시 체크인. 각 층에는 지하에 화장실과 샤워 시설이 있었고 주요 청소 문제는 없어 보였습니다.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
