Welcome to Ocean Therapy, the ultimate beachfront property!! This brand new modern, custom 3-story home is located in Island Park Estates in Port Aransas. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom 3800 sf home boasts unobstructed ocean views with huge decks off each level. The house has 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, and sleeps 18 comfortably. Take the private boardwalk down to the beach to fish, swim and relax. Come back to the house to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. Easily get a golf cart dropped off to drive on the boardwalk back and forth to the house. Welcome to Port A Ocean Breeze! This 3 bedroom/2 bath house has everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. Port A Ocean Breeze is located in the Bella Vista community and features a community pool across the street. The location provides privacy and a more relaxed feel while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Port Aransas and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi.The house is on pilings and features a large balcony for enjoying sunrise and sunset views, ample covered parking, a picnic area, and an outdoor fire pit. Inside, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining/kichen area with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. The living area has a flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and many windows to enjoy the views. On the other side is a dining area with seating for six guests and a full kitchen with an island, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage. Cable television and wireless interenet is included in your stay.Down the hall you'll find the master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and televisions. These bedrooms share another full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.The Port Aransas and Mustang Island beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Shopping, dining, and other attractions are nearby as well. Our home is located in a small newly community on the island with beautiful views of the ocean and a spacious backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee, the views and sounds of the oceans from any of our private decks in this beautiful beach side home. You will be absolutely spoiled during your getaway at this modern decorated home. Very easy for families to load up and drive straight to the beach with a short 2 minute drive to Beach Access Road #2. You are able to pull your vehicle right up the the beach.Paradise Bliss is located directly between Port Aransas and North Padre Island with all the amenities. Great dining, shopping, fishing, water sports, and night time fun- everything within 10 minutes drive. You will be able to experience the best features of this vibrant coastal city.Also it’s known as the fishing capital of Texas, if you love to fish then this is the place to be. Book a bay or offshore trip with professional guides. Fish the surf, jetties or go out on the piers on your own. With the convenience of the community pool and hot tub being steps away, Beach supplies, such as water & sand toys, towels to use at your disposal. You should be able to sit back and relax. The pool and hot tub also offers an outdoor shower to rinse off before you head inside. But, if you would prefer to use your very own outdoor shower you have one on the back porch with lots of privacy. Can’t forget about a yard to enjoy a game of football or let the kids run around to get some energy out.If you love the breeze and the viewing peaks of the water from your own private deck, then this is the home for you. The view is amazing. This 3 story home has 4, separate beautiful decks. Every bedroom having its own private entrance to a deck, no one will be missing out on the views of the dunes, the ocean, the neighborhood heated pool and hot tub or community pond and gazebo. The interior of the home is made up of an open living and dining area, bar seating and outdoor seating on every deck. Flat screen TVs with Roku and cable access, a full kitchen containing stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig machine/coffee bar, microwave, toaster, etc. The space also contains high-end furnishings, a bathroom downstairs. There is also a queen size Murphy’s bed in the living room with linens for extra guest. When your ready to retire for the night head upstairs to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with it’s very own private bathroom. Our 2nd room has a comfortable queen bed. Then there is our bunk room with full over full bunks with a twin trundle. (Perfect for kids). The garage has been expertly converted into a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table and basketball game for unlimited friendly competition. We also have plenty of parking in the driveway and even more extra parking with our newly built pad. Parking on street is not allowed to allow emergency vehicles to pass. Don’t forget to try out the plentiful assortment of board games that are at your disposal to enjoy. This stunning getaway is just the place to make a lot of unforgettable memories. Welcome to the Hidden Pearl! This 4 bedroom/3 bath house was recently-built, has panoramic ocean views, and provides everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. The Hidden Pearl is located in the Bella Vista community and features a shared pool/hot tub. The location provides privacy and a more relaxed feel while still being only 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown Port Aransas, and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.The main living area is on the second floor which provides panoramic views of the island and breathtaking sunrises from the front porch and balcony. Inside, you're greeted with an open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is spacious, colorful, and features ample seating and a large smart television to access your favorite streaming services (high-speed wireless internet is provided). It's a great place for your group to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area seats eight and is perfect for a meal, puzzles, or a game night. The adjacent breakfast bar is great for kids and has seating for four. The full kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, a walk-in pantry, a large island, and plenty of space to prepare meals. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, utensils, and small appliances. There is even a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines.Down the hall are two bedrooms. The first is the primary suite. It has a king bed, a smart television, and a large closet. The attached bath has a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile, a vanity, and a separate water closet for privacy. Both third floor bedroom share a full bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.When you're ready to take a dip, the community pool and hot tub are less than a block away. The pool area overlooks a beautiful pond and features a waterfall, hot tub, and lounge area.The Hidden Pearl has parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). There is no street parking, but additional parking is available on La Concha Boulevard. Guests do not have access to the first floor garage or storage area. The community does not have direct beach access at this time. However, guests can drive to Beach Access Road #2 and drive to the beach in about 5 minutes.The Hidden Peal accepts small dogs (under 20 pounds). We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive". If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. 나는 항상 서비스 개와 함께 여행하며 이 위치에 ”개 지역”이 있다는 것을 알게 되어 기뻤습니다. 이 지역은 잔디가 잘 자랐지만 곳곳에 쓰레기가 있었고 강아지 쓰레기 스테이션이 고장났습니다. 폐기물 바구니는 땅에 있었고 수납기에 쓰레기 봉투가 없었습니다. 나는 항상 가방을 가지고 있지만 손님이 가방을 잊어 버린 경우 사용할 수 있다는 것을 알게되어 기쁩니다. 엘리베이터 바닥 리놀륨은 매우 오래되었고 들어갈 때 칩으로 구식이었습니다. 내가 있었던 바닥은 밤새 꽤 시끄러웠다. 몇 시간 동안 쉬지 않고 짖는 작은 개가있었습니다. 약 15분 동안 울고/우는 아기(내 방에서 아기 소리가 너무 시끄럽습니다). 내 옆 방은 새벽 3시 30분 이후까지 TV를 매우 크게 켜고 있었습니다. 이때 개가 새벽 3시 10분에 몸을 풀어야 했기 때문에 압니다. 직원들은 여기에서 빛나는 빛이었습니다. 체크인 에이전트는 친절하고 매우 효율적이었습니다. 가정부는 모두 지나갈 때 인사를 하고 체크 아웃 에이전트는 친절했기 때문에 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 복도에서 그들을 만났을 때 유지 보수 승무원은 친절했습니다. 직원은이 위치에 모든 나쁜 평가를주는 것을 막았습니다. 위치는 내가 예상했던 것보다 해변에서 훨씬 더 멀었습니다. 리뷰에 설명 된 위치와 조건으로 인해 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.
