Decent location, although any nearby convenience store close early and everything is driving distance so if you don’t have a vehicle could get pricey or just long walks. Has your basics like bed, television, microwave, mini fridge. Comes with toilet paper of course and small bar soaps however if you need a blow dryer or iron not included and also breakfast is not provided as mentioned online. All in all out of season nightly price is worth it, in season a little pricey for the overall quality.

Located across the street from the Naples Botanical Gardens and less than 4 minute drive from Bayview Park, come and explore the beauty of Naples from this centrally located home. In less than a 10 minute drive, you will be able to enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches and Naples Pier. The famous 5th Avenue and Historic 3rd Street South as well as Celebration Park (waterfront bar and food Truck Park), Three60 Market are all close by. Marco Island is a short 25 minute drive away.The spaceWhen you enter, you are welcomed by a large sectional sofa to relax and unwind. The open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area makes the space feel warm and inviting. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed at the bottom and a twin at the top. The second bedroom also has a large closet. As you walk up the stairs and through the entry hall, a large great room welcomes you to the open fully equiped kitchen, living room and dining area. Then head down the rear staircase to the outdoor dining patio with charcoal grill. From here, enter the pool enclosure for a refreshing swim in the private, heated pool. The bedrooms each have a desk as dedicated workspace and whole home wifi. The spaceWe welcome you to our brand new raised home. The living area is set on the second floor above the garage storage unit, so you walk up the staircase to our home and emerge in our great open floor plan. Ample windows in the living area let you view beautiful sunsets unobstructed because the home is at the treetops. Glance down the windows and you see the open patio area and entry to the refreshing, private, heated swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own desk, great for remote workers. There is a laundry room for guest use. We provide all basic kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware, bed linens and ample towels.Guest accessGuests enjoy the entire upper floor in privacy, and access entry door A with a keypad. Guests can walk down the rear staircase to access the patio and pool area. ​Beautiful vacation home on the lake in a prime location with southwest exposure near the beach.The villa is located in Crown Pointe, a quiet residential area in beautiful Naples.In the heatable saltwater pool with separate spa (whirlpool) you can enjoy the days in the sun and the evenings with beautiful sunsets.In the large living room there is a 75 inch smart TV with internet connection for cozy TV evenings.In the master and in the queen bedroom there are also smart TVs with internet access.High-speed Internet (1000 upload/1000 download) with WiFi.The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.
