Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

호텔은 도로변에 있고 교통은 편리하지만 우리는 고가도로와 평행한 층에 살고 있어 여전히 약간 시끄럽습니다. 호텔 프론트에 있는 언니가 매우 정중하고 체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 효율적이고 키 주차비가 저렴합니다. 원래 Hampton Inn Suit의 주차 요금은 1박에 $30였습니다. 세금은 $ 20이며 셀프 주차입니다. 스위트의 시설과 시설은 괜찮습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있습니다. 대형 TV에는 Hulu와 같은 무료 인터넷 TV가 있으며 Netflix의 최신 유행 영화를 계속 시청할 수 있습니다. 인간에 반하는 디자인이 있습니다. 거실과 침실 사이 칸막이의 조명은 항상 켜져 있습니다. 방을 검색했을 때 스위치를 찾지 못했습니다. 밤에 잠을 자는 것은 매우 나쁩니다. 아침식사 관리도 아주 잘 되어 있어서 손님이 오면 그냥 드나들기만 하면 됩니다. 종류가 다양하고 특히 와플 굽는 기구가 2세트로 되어 있고 커피는 무료로 포장할 수 있고 핫초코 음료도 만들 수 있다. 과일은 바나나와 오렌지뿐입니다. 그 오렌지는 고품질 블러드 오렌지이며 맛이 좋습니다.

주니어 킹 스위트룸의 경우 실망했습니다. 미니 냉장고도 없고, 실제 유리 제품이나 그릇(종이컵만)도 없고, 물병도 없고, 가운도 없고, 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 욕실에는 샴푸와 컨디셔너가 있었지만 샤워 젤은 없었습니다. 미니 비누 바는 싱크대 옆에 있었는데, 이미 샤워를 하고 난 후에 발견한 것이었습니다. 체육관은 일반적인 편의시설(수건과 과일 포함)로 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았습니다(메뉴에서 보면 뷔페식 아침 식사가 일반적인 초보적인 요금과 비슷해 보였습니다). 레스토랑에는 플레이스매트가 없었고 사용한 커피/티스푼을 놓을 접시도 없었습니다(커피와 차는 머그잔에 제공되었으나 괜찮지만 접시를 가져오세요!). 다음날 아침 포터는 매우 미안해했고(슬프게도 그의 이름은 더 이상 기억나지 않으며 S로 시작합니다) 그 덕분에 우리는 힐튼 호텔에 또 다른 기회를 줄 수 있을 것이라고 생각했습니다.

객실은 정말 환상적이었습니다. 이 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티의 호텔을 찾기는 흔치 않죠. 호텔 디자인도 아름답고, 아침 식사는 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 메뉴는 바뀌지만 여전히 꽤 괜찮습니다. 저는 아침 6시 30분에 식사를 하러 갔는데, 사람이 많지 않아서 아주 편안했습니다. 호텔에는 불쾌한 냄새는 없었지만, 약간 오래된 집 냄새가 났습니다. 방향제를 좀 사용해서 좀 더 상쾌하게 해줬으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 묵었을 때 수영장은 주말에도 전혀 붐비지 않았습니다. 레스토랑 서비스는 훌륭했지만 음식이 나오는 속도가 느렸고, 음식 맛도 평범했습니다. 객실 조명은 약간 어두웠지만, 낮에는 커튼을 치면 방이 밝았습니다.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente. Porém a experiência foi horrível. Por ter chegado tarde, nosso quarto foi cedido para outra pessoa e ficamos com um quarto para 03 pessoas e a nossa reserva já paga, era para 05 pessoas. Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos tarde e tivemos que perder tempo e se estressar com essa situação. Embora a administração do hotel, tenha agido de má fé, quero elogiar o pessoal da Trip.com, que me deu toda a assistência e me ajudou com o problema. Todos os atendentes profissionais e gentios. Sempre me deixando ciente de todos os passos. Parabéns a Trip.com.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

좋은 환경, 위생 및 서비스를 제공하는 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔을 예약할 때 오후 3시 이후에 체크인할 수 있다고 표시했습니다. 우리는 오전 11시에 일찍 도착했습니다. 가게가 얼리 체크인을 허용하지 않는다면, 우리는 짐을 보관하고 놀러 나갈 것입니다. 그들은 말없이 그냥 들어갔습니다. 특히 호텔의 매트리스는 적당히 푹신하고 편안하다고 말하고 싶습니다. 단점이 있다면 시내와 해변에서 멀어요.
