This house is a beautiful true Lakefront property. Enjoy your vacation, kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing on the patio and watching amazing sunsets, surrounded by trees and nature. Kayak included.The spaceThis house is the perfect relaxing home to enjoy on your Central Florida Vacation. The house is located in Little Bear Lake, off 414 (Maitland Boulevard) and offers easy driving access to Costco, Fresh Market, Restaurants and shopping. Driving to Universal Studios, Disney World, Sea World, and other attractions is simple as I-4 is only few miles away. The house features two bedrooms and an office room and two bathrooms. The house has been refurbished. There is one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a third full bed in the office room. The living room has an amazing view of the lake, the kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, refrigerator,dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. The screened porch feature tables and chairs, and also a courtyard with seating and evening lightning. Both perfect places to sip your morning coffee and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. You will also enjoy the backyard, with lots of mature trees , plants and wild life. An incredible view of Little Bear Lake.
