Well appointed and spacious, you'll be close to the Corvallis Club golf course, Starker Arts Park, Oregon State University and Gill Colosseum, and not far from downtown Corvallis shops and restaurants. For convenient day trips, the Oregon Coast is less than an hour away.The fenced yard includes a deck with patio furniture and umbrellas and a play area.The spaceThe first floor features the kitchen, living room, family room, a breakfast nook, dedicated workspace, laundry and half bath, as well as a fenced back with deck, BBQ grill, and play structure. The bedrooms are and full baths all upstairs.Guest accessThe garage and a fourth bedroom are reserved for storage of the owners things. The rest of the house and yard are available for guests and pets to enjoy. This hotel is just perfect. It has so much character, and yet feels simple and modern. It fits the personality of the town of Corvallis. We love the artwork and the funny sticker on the toilet. The people who work there were so nice and it's convenient to everything downtown. I will tell my friends that every time they have friends come they should stay here.

Beautiful and newly remodeled: updated pictures coming! With a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from OSU this is the perfect spot for visiting the university or taking a trip to see the charming town of Corvallis. With 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful living space for everyone, this home is a beautiful sanctuary for large families or groups of friends.Note: Correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Events allowed with approval. Fees apply.Located on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the general living area with an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, and laundry room are on the mainfloor. With a private backyard and deck, you can be in the middle of the action while keeping your complete privacy.Guests have access to the entire property except the detached garage. May make full use of the driveway or any available on street parking.We are hands off, but always available for questions, concerns, and recommendations!10 minute walk to campus, 1 minute walk to groceries, 4 minute walk to a park with a playground. 45 minutes to the scenic Oregon Coast, 10 minutes from breweries, wineries, and cider/mead houses. 30 minutes from Oregon wine country.Walking is the easiest way to get around this neighborhood, and the house is close enough to campus to walk so as to avoid the hassle of parking. A public bus also runs less than a block away.Parking only available on the street or in the driveway. Please note the city does ticket cars parked on the street that are in ANY way blocking driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.Currently there are window AC units in 3 rooms.Pet Policy:We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Homemade treats, fresh eggs and coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking during your stay easy. Smart TV, excellent Wifi. 1.2 miles to OSU/ very close to Downtown/quick drive to the Hospital. Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby.
