Stay comfortably in Henderson at this 5-bedroom villa. With 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, this tremendous property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a jetted bathtub. Experience the magic of Henderson at our villa.You'll have a great time at this luxurious pool estate. It sits on a 3/4 of an acre. It has plenty of parking for cars, RVs or a boat. The front door leads to the pool room and living room. The family room and a 12 person dining area follows. The kitchen is large w new appliances. 5 themed bedrooms and most lead to the pool in the backyard. The themes are Vintage French, Library, The Wild West, The Angelic and the Slumber Room. The backyard is adjacent to a large covered patio and it has the most gorgeous landscaped pool, spa, firepit and fish pond.Located 25 min from the Las Vegas Strip whose lights are visible from the front yard and living room. The drive to and from Villa Del Sol is very scenic and most of the homes sit on large lots. It is also close to Lake Las Vegas, Boulder city and Lake Mead. The neighborhood is the perfect spot for your family and friends. The majestic backyard is the perfect place to relax around the pool or the spa (can be heated for an extra charge). It is easy to get lost gazing at the stars or staring at the moon from the Adirondack glider. The game room has a pool table and a reminiscent arcade games. Each bedroom offers a unique experience, the master has a vintage French theme, and let's not forget the librarian's quarters. Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 3400 square foot house! Strip views from the backyard, master bedroom and living room. Very spacious and accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. 40 foot heatable pool and jacuzzi. Basketball court, golf putting green and a huge kitchen island. Has 5 bedrooms with 4 of them having an in suite personal bathroom. High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. Each Bedroom has it's own smart TV and the living room has a huge smart TV.There is a security camera at the front door and in front of the garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. The property is only about 10 minutes from the airport and while there were a couple of reviews citing airport noise that was only due to the window being left open otherwise the bedrooms are heavily insulated from any outside noises IMPORTANT**- Pets of any kind are not allowed. - Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party - For your safety, cameras monitor the front of the house.
