As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

어제 귀국하기 전에 워싱턴 그랜드 하얏트 호텔에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 좋았던 점도 있었지만 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 호텔 로비에 들어서자마자 탁 트이고 넓은 공간이 인상적이었습니다. 다른 호텔처럼 북적거리는 느낌 없이 여유롭게 걸어 다닐 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인 절차도 빨랐고, 직원분들이 호텔 시설과 주의사항이 자세히 적힌 안내문을 건네주셔서 편리하고 실용적이었습니다. 이때까지만 해도 만족도가 아주 높았죠. 하지만 배정받은 방에 들어서는 순간 기분이 확 가라앉았습니다. 코너에 있는 방이라 그런지 구조가 좀 이상했고, 채광도 좋지 않아 답답한 느낌을 주었습니다. 화장실은 정말 '재앙' 수준이었는데, 공간이 너무 좁고 위생 상태도 엉망이었습니다. 세면대에 다른 사람 머리카락이 남아 있는 것을 보고 호텔의 위생 관리에 의문이 들었습니다. 5성급 호텔이라면 위생에 최고 수준을 기대했는데, 이런 문제가 발생해서 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 체크인 절차도 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 다른 5성급 호텔은 씨트립(携程)에서 예약이 성공하면 스스로 체크인을 할 수 있는데, 이곳은 21세 이상의 성인이 동반해야만 체크인 수속을 완료할 수 있었습니다. 혼자 여행하거나 동반자의 나이가 기준에 맞지 않는 손님들에게는 분명 번거로움이 추가되는 부분입니다. 하지만 호텔 벨보이 서비스는 칭찬할 만했습니다. 친절하고 민첩하게 짐을 옮겨주셨고, 가는 내내 제 질문에 성심성의껏 답해주셨습니다. 그분들을 통해 호텔의 전문적인 서비스 수준을 확실히 느낄 수 있었습니다. 완벽하지 않았던 숙박 경험 속에서 몇 안 되는 따뜻한 순간이었습니다. 호텔이 객실 배정, 위생 관리, 체크인 절차를 개선하여 고객들에게 더욱 좋은 숙박 경험을 제공해주기를 바랍니다.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

호텔은 편안하고 넓으며 오래된 호텔의 우아함과 함께 아침 식사가 신선하고 맛있습니다. 핵심 명소의 중앙 잔디밭으로 이동하면 백악관이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 2 블록은 차이나 타운이며 먹기 쉽습니다. 메이시스와 다양한 유명 상점은 멀지 않습니다. 한 정거장은 모든 요구 사항을 충족합니다. 유일한 단점은 방향 환기 파이프가 윙윙 거리는 변경해야합니다.
