Located in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood, this cozy three-bedroom garden level unit is perfect for anyone who wants ease of access to the Red Rocks, the Rocky Mountains, downtown Denver, or to stay in a quaint historic neighborhood. You will be walking distance to multiple parks, coffee shops, the Bluebird Theater for concerts, and numerous restaurants.Sleeps up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms (2 queen beds and a twin daybed) as well as a pullout couch in the living room, and one small bathroom. Includes an additional floor and wall mirror. The beds are all foam mattresses, and the pullout couch is formed from couch cushions rather than a thin mattress. Each bedroom also has a closet and hangers to organize and hang any clothes. The living room area has a sectional couch that can easily sit 4-5 people, with extra blankets and pillows. There is a reading nook in the back corner to enjoy your morning coffee next to the exposed brick wall. You are in a garden unit with lower ceilings (if you are over 6'4" make a note of this!), but this creates a cozy, comfortable feeling. Each bedroom also has a window or two with window coverings to provide plenty of light...or to keep it out! PLEASE NOTE FOR HEATING & AC: There is one AC unit which is portable, but since it is a basement unit it stays relatively cool and there are 2 portable floor fans. You may also open windows in the unit for air flow. The unit is heated, but there is no control for the heat - it is managed by the upstairs units. Space heaters are also provided. You can also open or close vents in the unit to control the heat. This unit is located only 40 minutes away from Denver International Airport and 10-15 minutes from other popular Denver neighborhoods like the Highlands, LoDo, RiNo, and Wash Park. Popular mountain resorts such as Vail or Breckenridge are about 1.5 hours away, and Colorado Springs is just over an hour. This area is popular, and any ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft work well. There is also a bike lane right outside of the unit that stretches across the city. Quintessential Cheeseman Park is a few blocks away and is a popular spot for Denverites in the summer, and a half mile walk to Colfax Avenue will get you to concert venues, bars, breweries, and other shops. The Botanical Gardens is also only half a mile away and is just as beautiful in the winter during the Blossom of Lights as it is in the spring.NO parties and NO smoking in the unit. If you're looking for a late night spot to party in Denver, please look elsewhere. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM to respect your upstairs neighbors. If you are smoking inside or close to the house so it drifts in the upstairs units, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Your pets are welcome! This is a $75 flat fee. You can add them to your booking or message me. EARLY CHECKIN / LATE CHECKOUT: we try and be as accommodating to our guests as possible. Pour info j'avais une suite au dernier étage, et dès mon arrivée j'ai pris la peinne de leurs dire que parler en anglais n'étais pas facile pour moi et que ce n'était pas ma langue d'origine. Et jusye WOW j'ai adoré mon séjour avec eux. Je n'ais aucun point négatif, très confortable, le lit comme le divan, beaucoup d'espace, l'internet fonctionne super bien, pour la douche pour moi la pression d'eau est importante et je n'ais pas été déçu, car la pressiondu jet d'eau étais parfaite (pas trop fort, ni trop faible), très bonne insonorisation, j'ai rien entendu j'ai même réussi à dormir comme un bébé, le personnel à été super gentil, aimablement, et ils m'ont aider à trouver l'itinéraire le moins cher pour retourner à l'aéroport et même me montrer on était l'arrêt de but le plus proche. Ils étaient tous très serviable. Côté déjeuner, WOW!!! 1er chose que j'ai remarqué c'est qu'à d'autres place ils ne font pas ce genre de service, une personne super gentille vien chercher ton assiette quand elle es vide, à chaque matin il y avais un petit quelque chose qui changeait donc tu ne mange pas toujours la même chose, il y a bien sûr certaines choses qui sont rester ce qui es normal et en plus c'était les plus populaires, j'ai adoré pouvoir me faire des gaufres chaque matin, il y avais beaucoup mais vrais beaucoup de choix. N'hésitez pas a choisir cette hotel pour ma part si je dois revenir a Denver je reprendrais cette hotel. Ps.: sorry pour les photos un peux flou, j'avais pris une vidéo mais je n'ais pas trouver comment envoyer ma vidéo alors j'ai pris des screenshoot de ma video pour que vous puissiez voir ma suite.
