We are also within walking distance of the UCSF Parnassus medical complex. Our unit has high-speed Internet (Fiber), a big working desk with ample light and a desk lamp. Access to a beautifully landscaped backyard with outdoor furniture with fire chat, hanging lounge chair, and lights on the floor and over the furniture - all are accessible by guests at their leasure, following safety and cleanness rules. The casa is located next to Lincoln Park, Lands End, Golf Course, Legion of Honor Museum, Golden Gate park and is half a block from the picturesque Sea Cliff, playground with picnic area and unofficial unfenced dog park, restaurants and coffee shops, and CVS with pharmacy and full grocery store across the street. Short and awesome walk to the Land's End hiking trail that leads to the Ocean Beach. China Beach, Baker's Beach, and Golden Gate Park are also a short walk away. Bike rental is around the corner. Bus to Downton and to various parts of the city is right on the block. Free street parking, but be wary of the street cleaning. Don't leave any valuable in the car. There is a queen size bed and a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed is most comfortable for either 2 kids or for 1 adult and 1 child. Dimensions: 38'' H X 97'' W X 83'' D. Adjustable height computer desk, Smart TV with all the streaming services with your login, kitchenette with mini fridge, 2 - burner stove, microwave, electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and disposable plates and cups. If you'd like a pet bed or water bowls, please kindly request in advance. Dogs only, please. The Andronico's grocery and CVS are across the street and have anything you might need. There are also many other grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hair salon, pet groomer, and laundromats nearby.The casa has a separate entrance and includes access to our backyard. The backyard is tiled in the middle with turf on the sides. This is a house with a family and a trained and friendly hypoallergenic dog living in it. We are located in the safe Sunset District of San Francisco! Your total price includes a $95 cleaning feeWe host a private 2 bedroom(2 Queen bed) & 1 bath, a living space, with a private dining area as well on the lower floor of our home (Entry through the garage) . There are multiple public transport stops nearby (MUNI). We are close to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Ocean Beach. We are living upstairs, so you will hear slight noises from the floor above. But we will reduce the noises! Thank you!Our area is large and well-appointed, with backyard access, one standard room and one king room, both supplied with queen size beds and new mattresses. There is a kitchenette in the unit, and we also provide complimentary brand name Coffee, tea bags, bottle water, and beverages. The apartment also includes TV, high speed internet, and some kitchen items. This also includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (complimentary tea& coffee are offered for all guests)Unfortunately there’s NO STOVE or HOT PLATE for safety reasons!Parking The streets around us are all free to park. There is no designated parking spot nor any parking restrictions (Excep to street cleaning dates)! It's very easy to find parking.Because the driveways of houses in San Francisco are very narrow, you need to be careful when you park!Pay attention to street cleaning times:The street cleaning times on each side of the street are different, so be sure to read the signs carefully. (I will also show the street cleaning times in the apartment)Neighborhood:Our Neighborhood is filled with an assortment of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just walk a few blocks. The Golden Gate Park is 5 blocks away and offers many festivals throughout the year; including Bluegrass Festival, Reggae in the Park, and Outside Lands. We also have great dining and shopping.The Sunset district offers a diverse culinary experience at prices that are more affordable than other parts of the city. The Sunset Blvd Farmer's Market also offers a great selection of fresh local produce and gourmet food selections.Transportation is made simple with several public transport options for you to select from, such as the Muni train at Judah, which is blocks away and will take you to downtown San Francisco, Castro District, Chinatown or other areas!Our property is in a perfect location. We offer a clean, comfortable place at a great value. 힐튼이라는 이름 때문에 체크인 전에는 기대를 많이 했는데, 막상 체크인하고 나니 기대에 못 미쳤습니다. 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 샌프란시스코 케이블카 정류장과 BART 역 모두 가까웠어요. 다만 샌프란시스코 특유의 가파른 길 때문에 거리는 멀지 않았지만, 짐을 끌고 호텔까지 걸어가기에는 꽤 체력이 필요했습니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았고, 프런트 직원은 다소 무심했습니다. 어떤 투숙객은 체크인 시 물을 받았다고 하는데, 저희는 받지 못했어요. 객실 내부도 평범한 수준이었고, 호텔 내부 전체가 LGBT 관련 홍보물로 가득했습니다. 무지개색 풍선 아치와 깃발은 물론, 객실 TV에서도 관련 영상이 계속 나왔는데, 정말 '대단'하더군요, 하하. 가장 불만스러웠던 점은 이렇습니다. 체크인할 때 프런트에서 한 번의 가승인이 이루어졌는데, 다음 날 갑자기 알 수 없는 가승인 알림을 또 받았습니다. 처음에는 카드 도용인 줄 알았으나, 나중에 알고 보니 이 호텔에서 청구한 것이었습니다. 나중에 다른 투숙객들의 리뷰를 찾아보니, 많은 분들이 35달러 '사용 금액'에 대해 불만을 제기했더군요. 그래서 체크아웃할 때 제가 먼저 문의했더니, 그제야 프런트 직원이 매일 지불하는 35달러가 호텔 내에서 사용할 수 있는 크레딧이라고 알려주었습니다. 저는 정말 의아했습니다. 씨트립(Ctrip) 예약 내역서에도, 호텔 체크인 시에도 이 사실에 대해 전혀 고지받지 못했습니다. 만약 제가 두 번의 가승인 때문에 프런트에 문의하지 않았다면, 그들은 이 사실을 알려주지 않았을 것이고, 그럼 이 이틀간의 70달러는 그냥 날아가 버릴 뻔한 건가요?! 씨트립은 앞으로 예약 시 이 내용을 명확히 기재해 주시길 바라며, 호텔 또한 고지할 의무가 있다고 생각합니다. 이미 씨트립 고객센터에 연락하여 상황을 설명했습니다. 다른 분들도 이 호텔을 선택하실 때는 이 점을 유의하시고, 체크인 시 반드시 명확히 확인하시길 바랍니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 피셔맨스 워프와 케이블카 출발역 모두 가까웠습니다. 객실은 꽤 넓고 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 프런트 데스크에는 커피 바가 있어서 커피와 차를 제공했어요. 하우스키핑 직원분들도 매우 친절해서 복도에서 마주칠 때마다 미소로 인사해 주셨습니다. 조식도 좋았어요. 요거트도 여러 종류 중에 고를 수 있었고, 베이컨, 소시지, 계란찜, 오트밀, 우유, 과일 등 다양하게 준비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.

Fisherman's Wharf에 훌륭한 위치였습니다. 호텔은 매우 안전하고 편안했습니다. 나이를 보여주고 청결면에서 간과되는 몇 가지 사항이 있지만 저는 사업을 하고 있으며 이러한 것들에 대한 눈이 있습니다. 그래도 우리를 귀찮게하지 않았습니다. 방은 업데이트 된 것 같았고 에어컨이 없기 때문에 팬들은 감사했습니다. 모든 것에 매우 가깝습니다. 금문교와 알카트라즈 부두까지 걸어갔다. 우리가 우리 근처에 도착한 날 공사가 있었지만 직원들은 매우 정중하고 사과했고 오후 5시경 소음을 마쳤습니다. 다음날 계속하지 않아서 좋았고 우리는 잤습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

늦게 체크인해서 방을 두 번이나 바꾸었는데, 방에 누군가가 오랫동안 샤워를 하지 않은 것처럼 기름 냄새가 너무 심해서 바꿀 방이 없다고 했습니다. 왜 아무도 이에 대해 코멘트를 하지 않는지 모르겠습니다. 호텔 시설은 오래되었고, 가장 큰 장점은 편리한 위치입니다. 너무 오래 머물 수 없어서 냄새가 덜 나는 방을 선택했습니다. 에어컨은 실내에서 매우 시끄럽게 작동하므로 잠을 잘 못 자고 냄새에 민감한 사람은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다! ! 아침 식사는 배부르게 먹기 위한 것일 뿐, 품질이나 위생을 요구하지 마세요. 칼과 포크는 직접 닦으세요

나는 멋진 경험을 했다! 강력 추천! 이 곳은 샌프란시스코 역사의 한 조각입니다. 아름다운 스테인드 글라스 창문과 장식용 나무 장식. 각 객실은 독특한 앤티크 가구와 예술품으로 장식되어 있습니다. 같은 장식을 가진 두 개의 방은 없습니다. 직원들은 호텔에 자부심을 느낍니다. 모두가 환영했고 내가 머무는 것을 즐기고 있다는 것을 진심으로 걱정했습니다. 그들은 정말 좋은 무료 커피를 가지고 있으며 모든 세면 도구는 욕실에 있으므로 샴푸 나 비누를 가져올 필요가 없습니다. 공용 욕실이 어떻게 작동하는지 확신이 서지 않았지만 결국 괜찮 았습니다. 개별 샤워실과 욕실이 많이 있습니다. 나는 결코 기다릴 필요가 없었고 각 화장실이나 샤워 시설은 뒤에 잠긴 문이있는 자체 방이므로 아무도 당신을 들어 오지 않습니다. 완전한 프라이버시. 위치도 좋아요! 아래층에는 멋진 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있습니다. Trader Joe's는 한 블록 떨어져 있으며 Fisherman's Wharf는 그 너머 몇 블록 떨어져 있습니다. Coit Tower와 Lombard Street의 지그재그까지 도보 거리. 이 곳은 훌륭하고 다시 여기에 머물기를 바랍니다.
