아이슬란드 쉬뒤를란드 소재 호스텔

We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

Stayed at The Fox Hostel from Nov 23–24, 2025. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights, and the room was spacious enough for two people. I would definitely love to stay here again.. 2025.11.23 비크에서 요쿨살론 & 다이아몬드비치 가는중에 the fox hoste 에서 하루를 묵었고, 시설이 깨끗하게 운영되고 있고, 주변에 빛이 많이 없어 오로라를 보기에 좋음. 데스크에서 안내하시는 분도 매우 친절함.

There’s a cat in the common area, and my child is allergic to cat fur. Apart from that, everything’s great — the kitchen is really impressive.

정말 만족스러운 호텔이었어요. 깔끔하고 쾌적했고요. 저희가 예약한 4인실은 공간도 넓고 침대 매트리스도 정말 편안했어요. 공용 욕실과 주방도 아주 깨끗했고, 특히 주방은 넓고 조리 도구도 많아서 요리 솜씨를 뽐내기 좋았어요. 호텔이 아이슬란드 남부 도로변에 있어서 자가용으로 여행하는 저희에게는 중간에 쉬어가기 딱 좋았어요. 호텔 바로 옆에 유명한 폭포 관광지도 있었고요. 사진 찍는 걸 깜빡했는데, 나중에 아이슬란드에 다시 갈 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 선택할 거예요.
