The communition between the reception is very poor, we arrived late and it’s hard to check in, no information of our check-in. We tried to call the phone but no answers, we tried to check-in through the QR code but it’s useless. Poor communication and customer service Location is perfect if you want to stay near the market square, the room is fine. Wifi is not working. Total experience is not great.

Great location, amenities, communication and an amazing apartment. If you are looking to spend some days in the city, this is a great option.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

저는 2박을 묵었습니다. 이곳은 여름에 호텔로 대여되는 학생 기숙사입니다. 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 새것 같았습니다. 방에는 필요한 물건이 거의 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 옷걸이는 없었는데, 미리 요청했어야 했나 봅니다. 전기 주전자도 없어서 냄비에 물을 데워 마셨습니다. 1번 방에는 책상 겸용 식탁이 있었습니다. 혼자 2박 정도 묵기에는 괜찮겠지만, 장기 투숙하기에는 불편할 것 같았습니다. 창문 밖으로 옆 호텔이 보여서 저녁에는 블라인드를 쳐야 했습니다. 커튼은 없었습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 친절하게 체크아웃 시간을 연장해 주셨습니다. 공용 공간은 이용하지 않았지만, 있다고 합니다. 호텔에서 멀지 않은 곳에 시내로 가는 트램 정류장과 작은 식료품점이 있습니다. 시내 중심가는 트램으로 8~10분 정도 걸립니다 (구시가지 초입까지는 보가텔라 극장 정류장에서 20번 트램을 탔습니다). 정류장은 아파트에서 600미터 떨어져 있어요. 무슨 이유인지 벽에 비닐 포장도 뜯지 않은 액자가 걸려 있네요 😂 마치 예술 작품 같아요 😁

이메일에 제공된 전화 번호가 체크인 장소가 정확히 아니기 때문에 체크인 과정이 약간 혼란 스러웠습니다. 전화의 남자가 우리에게 다른 전화 번호를 주었으므로 두 번 전화해야했습니다. 방은 좋았고 컵, 접시, 프라이팬, 헤어 드라이어, 옷걸이, 수건 등이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다.

A very well appointed Airbnb, complete with a basement for socializing and relaxation - there was a TV room with various cards & board games provided, a pool room and even a karaoke set.

Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere . The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things. Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄 Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time. We really enjoyed our trip.

모퉁이 방이었습니다. 발코니가 붙어있어, 아사히와 좋은 전망 함께 깨울 수있었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗합니다. 방도 인테리어가 凝固하고, 더욱 아늑했다. 위치는 번화한 거리에서 도보 10 분 미만으로 접근이 좋다. 혼자 여행 이었어, 별로 연구가 안 돼, 하이킹 코스 등을 리셉션에 물었을 때, 정중하게 가르쳐주었습니다.

호텔 위치는 매우 좋으며 관광 명소와 매우 가깝습니다. 우리는 과거에 운전하고 있으며 기차역에 대해 잘 모릅니다. 근처에 주차장이 있으며 길가 주차 공간에 주차 할 필요가 없으며 하루에 최대 40 위안 (폴란드 달러)의 주차 요금이 부과됩니다. 호텔은 구식 건물이며 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 우리는 가장 높은 층에 부엌이 있고, 오후에 300 위안의 밤을 예약하기로 결정했습니다. 그것은 1 베드룸 스위트이지만 중간에 문이 없습니다. 거실은 넓고 발코니가 있으며 세탁기가 있으며 욕실도 넓습니다.
