'The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.'

리리뷰어Arleta는 친절하고 효율적이었습니다. 그녀는 우리가 거의 오전 4시까지 체크인하지 않았을 때에도 열쇠를 우리에게 배달했습니다. 방의 상태는 좋았고 물 한 병이 우리를 위해 남겨졌고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다.
이 경험에 대해 매우 감사하기 때문에 직원들을 축하합니다.

We had an amazing 2-night stay in a double room here. The house is a beautiful wooden manor with a very cozy, authentic atmosphere.
What we absolutely loved:
Indoor BBQ Area: A separate warm indoor grill house where you can cook meat or local cheese regardless of the weather.
Basement SPA Zone: A fantastic relaxation area on the lower level with a Finnish sauna, a huge jacuzzi, a dining table, a TV, and a powerful music speaker. The perfect way to unwind!
Comfort & Hospitality: Spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds, and incredibly warm, welcoming hosts.
Perfect location away from crowds, yet close to everything. Would definitely love to come back! ⛰️🧳

리리뷰어I had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

LLunarisIt’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

ВВсе ВключеноХорошие номера. Чисто. Хорошая новая спа зона, но бассейн маленький и если много людей, то развернуться негде.
Самым большим разочарованием были завтраки. Все какое-то не свежее. Кофе натуральный но на твердую троечку. Цены на питание - Космос! Заказал бургер: мне принесли его с деревянной котлетой…
Если не обращать внимание на еду в отеле, то можно хорошо отдохнуть!
