SSelinda NgaiThey fulfilled majority of our requests, like providing a baby crib and an electric kettle but they placed to a wrong room. Also, the rooms are not close to each other, one was on G/F and the other room was on 1/F. The receptionist was nice but he could not speak English and told us no baby crib and no kettle! He checked the system there was an empty room next next to room 18, but it was still occupied. I doubt the accuracy of the hotel reservation system!
We finally kept the original two rooms on G/F and 1/F. We did not use the baby crib as it was on the 1/F and we didn't want to move or ask service man to move (it seems that limited manpower in the hotel).
Anyway, the view was very good and we enjoyed the sunrise early in the morning.
Finally, I need to point out that the location of the power plugs inside the room was poor. They provided us a kettle but it was not user friendly with the power source. You can see the picture below.
However, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Oontheroad2001방에 대한 평가가 많지 않으며 서비스 품질을 작성해야합니다. 사장님은 중국인이고 아주 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크의 몇 사람은 고르지 않습니다. 월요일 밤 교대의 큰 남자는 유일한 신뢰할 수 있습니다. 최악의 것은 화요일 밤 교대의 삼촌입니다. 입에 진실이없고, 강간적이고 바보입니다. 이 멋진 꽃이 일자리를 찾는 것도 기적입니다.

리리뷰어In Tadoussac, parking is often difficult to find. The owner emailed us to let us know we could park there even before check-in. We arrived at 11am, and were planning on parking there until we could register, but our room was already available.
After reading some of the reviews, we were expecting a very basic room. What we got was anything but basic. The room had a good sized refrigerator and a coffee maker, along with a nice sized table and chairs. The real bonus was the wall-mount for the television - it could be pulled out and turned so you could watch TV from the table, ideal for eating in.
The map we got from the owner with some of the hikes and best stops of the area was also greatly appreciated. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs room when they were running water. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

DDrouinDanielSelf check in did not go well - although i already paid online, had to wait until someone come to hotel in person - credit machine was not working and had to give a deposit for the room which i did not expect. Room and TV very small but bed and sheets were ok. Coffee in reception area was ok and there was a microwave. Freezer in fridge did not work.

리리뷰어A pet-friendly motel. The first day when I arrived, a stray cat was standing outside the main entrance door. Instead of chasing the stray cat away, the staff opened the door and guided the cat to a vacant room which is designated for lodging by customers with pets. The stray cat was given water. He found his new home as he was finally adopted.
There is an open kitchen in the motel. Customers can bring their food and do some simple cooking.
A motel with friendly and kind staff.

DDesmond CuddyIt took a number of minutes to check in as the receptionist was busy on the phone but he was very kind and helpful.
The room was clean but the washroom was very small for three people— very little room to shower.
The thing I didn’t like at all was that there was a significant slant on the floor so the desk chair kept sliding towards the front door.
The room facilities were standard for a typical motel—- microwave, small fridge , etc .
