Je suis descendu à StayMalate. Pas besoin d'aller chercher ailleurs, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. J'avais prit une chambre simple qui donnait sur Adriatico street. Le rooftop est super sympa, vous pouvez manger un poulet au curry avec du riz pour 3 ou 4 euros ou autres plats. Vous pouvez aussi vous faire à manger mais vu le prix des plats préparés, c'est dommage de manger des pâtes en platre trop cuites comme les français que j'ai vu dernièrement. Les toilettes partout sont très propres et la salle de bain aussi, nettoyés tous les jours. Point de vu sécurité, aucun problème, veilleur de nuit, caméra partout et hôtel bien fréquenté, c'est important de pouvoir laisser ses affaires dans sa chambres sans angoisse et ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Le patron ainsi que les employés sont tous sans exception très gentils, aimables, et répondent à toutes vos questions. Les arrêts des Jeepney sont en bas de la rue et vous ameneront partout dans Manille, et des 7/Eleven partout. Pour les sensibles au bruit, prevoir des boules Quies car il y a du bruit la nuit dans la rue, mais c'est partout pareil ou prendre un lit qui donne pas sur la rue. Autre point positif, un très grand centre commercial ”Robinson” à 500 mètres où il y a de tout autant en nourriture que des magasins comme H&M, Samsung, restaurants... If you're catching a flight the next day, it's a good location close to the airport. Comfortable, clean except the bedding might not have been washed, but ok for a night. Chill neighbourhood, lively community (enjoyed walking around), safe, 7-eleven downstairs.

화려한 아파트는 아니지만 1박당 11유로에 지불한 가격에 대해서는 기대할 수 없습니다. 퀸룸 아파트를 예약했습니다. 1층(엘리베이터 없음). 아파트에는 주방이 있지만 요리 할 시설이 없습니다 (스토브 없음). 하지만 워터 쿡기가 있어서 직접 커피나 차를 만들 수 있습니다. 그리고 냉장고도 있습니다. 아파트는 낡아 보이지만 깨끗했습니다. 위치는 길모어 mrt 역과 가깝습니다. 리셉션과 경비원의 매우 친절한 직원.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”.
