며칠 묵기 좋은 호텔입니다. 역과 번화가 근처에 있어요. 깨끗하고 쾌적한 분위기였습니다. 저희 방에는 암벽 등반 시설이 있어서 재미있었어요.

+ 이 호텔은 교토역에서 지하철을 타고 고지역에서 하차 후 도보로 약 15분 거리에 있습니다. + 버스를 이용하는 것도 편리한 방법입니다. 구조 오미야 정류장에서 내리면 기온 및 기타 관광지로 가는 직행 버스가 많습니다(약 30분 소요). 이 호텔은 관광지가 아닌 조용한 곳에 위치해 있어 현지인들을 많이 만날 수 있습니다. + 컨시어지와 직원이 상주하고 있어 체크인 전에 짐을 맡길 수 있습니다. + 이 호텔은 매우 새 건물입니다. 아마 2026년 초에 개장한 것 같습니다. 체크인 시 직원분이 환영 선물을 주셨고, 꽃다발도 놓여 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 큰 짐을 가지고 오셔도 편리합니다. + 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 저희는 3인실을 예약했는데, 트윈 침대 4개가 있는 방(2개의 개별 객실)을 준비해 주셨습니다. 객실 내부에 욕조, 세탁 시설, 주방 및 각종 설비, 식탁이 있습니다. + 아마도 일본에서 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였던 것 같습니다. 매우 현대적이고 모든 시설이 새것이며, 객실 내에 USB 포트도 많고 와이파이 연결도 강력합니다. 정말 조용하고 편리한 숙소였습니다. + 도보로 약 5분 거리에 일본 라멘집과 미니 마켓이 있습니다. - 호텔 직원과의 소통이 조금 불편했습니다. 야마토 배달 서비스를 이용하려고 했을 때, 전화나 이메일로 호텔 직원과 연락이 잘 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 직원에게 문의했더니, trip.com/******* 플랫폼에서 온 채팅 메시지를 받지 못했다고 했습니다. 호텔이 새로 지어졌거나 온라인 소통 시스템이 아직 준비되지 않아서 그런 것인지 모르겠습니다. 교토시 세금을 지불해야 한다는 점을 참고하세요. 저희는 2박 동안 묵었고, 총 1,600엔을 지불했습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 교토에 숙박하실 분들께 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

방이 너무 깨끗하고 침구 상태도 좋아서 만족합니다. 테이블 1개, 의자 1개가 있어 숙소에서 시간을 보내기에 좋습니다. 전자레인지와 온수, 커피 자판기가 1층에 있고, 아쉬운 점은 방에 냉동고가 없습니다! 주인 아주머니, 할머니가 너무 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 잘 묵고가요~!! 항상 건강하세요~!?

Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Betten waren bequem. Die Lage des Hotels war nicht zentral. Zur U-Bahn oder Kyoto Station musste man 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen.

메인 스트리트와 기차역에서 한 블록 떨어져 있어 위치가 매우 편리했습니다. 하지만 방 열쇠를 받는 과정은 정말 헷갈렸습니다. 설명서는 영어로 되어 있었지만 터치스크린은 일본어로만 되어 있었고 영어 옵션은 없었습니다. 특히 열쇠 보관실에는 에어컨이 없었고 더운 공기 때문에 숨이 막힐 정도였기 때문에, 열쇠 보관실에 있는 기호와 설명서를 연결하기가 쉽지 않았습니다. (이런 불편함을 감수할 수 있도록 영어로 된 설명서를 옆에 두는 것을 추천합니다.) 방은 괜찮았지만, 전혀 깨끗하지 않았고 환기가 잘 안 되어 천장 모서리에 곰팡이가 피었습니다. 첫날부터 방 안에 거미가 있었는데, 아마도 청결 부족 때문인 것 같습니다. 저와 딸아이는 모기에 여러 마리 물렸습니다. 화장실 공간은 매우 작았지만, 제 역할을 다했습니다. 방에 묵을 인원을 지정했는데도 우리 가족이 쓸 숟가락과 포크가 부족했습니다. 침대도 그다지 편안하지 않았습니다. 마지막 날, 오전 10시 전에 퇴실해 달라는 이메일을 보내서 정말 놀랐습니다. 빡빡한 청소 일정이 잡혀 있다는 내용이었습니다. 퇴실 시간이 오전 10시인데도 그 전에 나가라고 해서 이상하다고 생각했습니다. 어차피 일찍 나가야 했는데도 이상하다고 생각했습니다. 하지만 규칙은 지켜야 하고, 미리 약속한 시간에 맞춰 나가도록 해야 한다고 생각합니다. 전반적으로 호텔로서의 역할을 충실히 수행했고 위치도 훌륭했지만, 객실의 청결 상태와 전반적인 서비스는 고객의 편의를 위해 더 나은 부분이 많았습니다. 하지만 지금으로서는 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다.

교토역에서 멀지 않은 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 호텔은 작지만 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고, 프런트 데스크에는 중국어 가능한 직원이 있었습니다. 환전 서비스도 있었는데, 위안화를 직접 준비해야 했습니다. 덧붙여, 길가에 있는 몇몇 '맛집'은 피하시라고 꼭 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 첫 번째는 라면집인데, 줄을 길게 서 있는 것을 보았습니다. 사실 그곳은 그냥 중국식 라면집이었고, 맛은 평범했지만 배는 채울 수 있었으니 실패는 아니었습니다. 두 번째는 교차로에 있는 이자카야인데, 엄청 비싸고, 정말 실망스러웠으며, 맛도 없었습니다. 가지 마세요.

Great location that's within walking distance to Fushimi Inari Taisha and multiple stations. There's a konbini and a lovely bakery next door called ”Boo” that has the most amazing bread and pastries. The location is not a full serviced hotel. You cannot use Yamato to forward your luggage here UNLESS you are present during the delivery window to receive your luggage. There is also no room service or cleaning. Our room is a Western style room with 2 full sized beds. The blinds and windows were a bit dirty. The futon couch didn't come with a cover or sheets so it cannot be used as a bed. It was also very filty and stained. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely stand inside. When seated at the toilet, my knees touched the wall and I'm a short and only 155cm tall. The shower tub was equally tiny. Please beware if you're a taller person. It is very uncomfortable. Our faucet was also constantly leaking. We tried to add the host on WhatsApp (no profile found) to inform them but was unable to get ahold of them. The facilities had a kitchnette on the top floor and washing machines as well. They provide detergent. However, in order to fully dry our laundry, we had to hang the clothes on the hangers in the room and there wasn't enough hangers to accomodate all of our clothes. The walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and walking. It's a good no frills stay but be warned that it's not the most luxurious or quiet.

Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

We had a truly special experience at Farmhouse NaNa, and it is largely thanks to our host Nobu-san. From the moment we arrived, he made our family feel genuinely welcomed, not like guests at a hotel, but like friends visiting a home. Nobu-san went far above and beyond in every way. He drove us to the nearby Louisiana Mama restaurant for dinner, where we enjoyed a fantastic Italian buffet. The caprese pizza in particular tasted like the ingredients had come straight from a local garden, fresh and memorable. Nobu-san was there to pick us up moments after we texted him after our meal. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control, we were unfortunately unable to stay the night or enjoy breakfast the following morning. Even so, Nobu-san responded with extraordinary kindness, making sure our family was taken care of and he personally drove us way out of his way to where we needed to go. That kind of hospitality cannot be taught. It comes from genuine generosity of character. We left Farmhouse NaNa with warm hearts and real gratitude. The setting is beautiful, the home is full of character, and Nobu-san and his very seeet daughter are the kind of hosts who make you feel that Japan is not just a place to visit but a place where genuine human connection is still very much alive. We are so glad we came!
