There is no oven in the cabin, only two hotplates and microwave. Lokki is one of three rental cabins located in the same yard area. The cabin is ideal for couples. There are three other cabins in the same area: 13810, 13811 and 13813, which can accommodate up to 15-18 people on a same yard during your holiday. There are good terrains for picking berries and mushroom nearby this cabin. Lake Iso-Kamponen offers good possibilities for fishing too. There are grill hut, playground, covered ping-pong table and a couple of pedal boats for shared use in the yard. Valkjärvi 2 is a lovely small round log cabin perfect, for example, for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Next to the cabin, there is a bridge and duckboards leading to a small island, where you'll find a campfire site. The island may occasionally have other visitors. Note due to the water level, the island's girder/bridge is not yet available - the island can be reached by rowing a boat. Use of extension trees / bridge at your own risk. 47 km to the east of Lahti, Lake Iso Valkjärvi 25 m, shallow, gradually deepening sandy bottom, a pier, and rowing boat. The log cabin, built in 1995 and renovated in 2023, living room/kitchen with bunk bed (width of lower bed 120 cm), bedroom (with folding door) with 2 beds and two armchairs. Access to the washroom is via the terrace. There is a shower and a washing machine and a sauna with a wood burning stove. There's a partly covered terrace with a gas grill . Maitoniemi is a rental cabin situated on a sunny peninsula along a water route spanning several tens of kilometers, offering breathtaking views ideal for kayakers. This destination is well-suited for families and couples seeking a pleasant vacation. 25 km to the east from Kouvola, Väliväylä Canoeing Route 15 m, gently deepening sand beach, rowing boat, and a pier. Round log cabin, built in 1998 and renovated in 2023, features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and a wood-burning sauna. A grill hut serves as an outdoor cooking area, complemented by a gas grill on the terrace. The spacious, partly covered terrace includes an embedded hot tub, free for use between May and October. Note: Hot tub usage is included in the accommodation price during the summer season from April 28th to October 31st. Guests are responsible for filling, heating, and emptying the hot tub. If you prefer the hot tub pre-filled and preheated, this can be arranged with the owner for an additional fee of 100 euros. Please note that during the winter months (November to April), access to the hot tub requires prior agreement with the owner. Maitoniemi provides excellent amenities for an enjoyable holiday, with ample space for various outdoor games and activities on the sunny property. The hunting club's shooting range is located about a kilometer from the cottage, where there may be occasional voices during the day.
