호텔 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 지문과 얼굴 인식 덕분에 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 위치도 편리하고 안전했어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었는데, 특히 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 정말 가성비 최고예요. 객실과 옥상에서 보이는 전망도 훌륭했습니다! 강력 추천합니다. 케이프타운에 다시 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Downtown Cape Town. Big, comfortable rooms with ensuite bathroom. Amazing breakfast. Professional and friendly service. Real good value for money. Will stay again.

Neues Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich mit viel Obst, leckerem Brot und frisch zubereitetem Kaffee nach Wahl. Da das Hotel in einer belebten Straße mit Gastronomie liegt, wird es nachts lauter. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

예약하신 객실 유형에 따라 넓고 쾌적한 객실이 제공됩니다. 직원들은 친절하고 24시간 보안이 철저하며, 객실 청소도 매일 이루어집니다. 다만 침대가 제 키(197cm)에 비해 조금 작다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 저보다 키가 작은 분들은 문제없을 것 같습니다. 또한 세면대 디자인은 개선이 필요하거나 안전 점검이 필요합니다. 조심하지 않으면 발가락을 베일 수 있습니다. 금속 난간이 세면대를 지탱하고 있는데, 저는 발톱을 베어서 아파서 젖은 수건으로 가려야 했습니다. 세탁실은 괜찮을 때도 있고 안 될 때도 있습니다. 세탁기에 자동으로 투입되는 세제량이 부족하니 세제를 직접 가져와서 보충해야 합니다. 건조기는 빠르고 좋습니다. 헬스장은 시설 개선이 필요하지만 이용하기에는 충분합니다. 야외 자쿠지는 미지근한 정도이고 전혀 뜨겁지 않습니다. 하지만 전망은 정말 좋습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭하고 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

This hotel is worth the money. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent because the Waterfront is only 5-10 minutes away. There is tons to do at the Waterfront. Purchase a breakfast at the hotel because it is excellent. It is a buffet with excellent food. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel located in the city center near supermarket..kfc ..Mcdo and pharmacy..nice food and the staff are amazing always smiling and helpful..the only thing that was disturbing at night we could hear the noise outside from the road even of we were on the 14th floor..overall was a cery nice hotel, we were there for 5 nights and extended our stay for 4 more nights.☺️

Очень понравилось, чисто, новые номера, внимательный персонал , вкусные завтраки, безопасно. Вечером выходили к Макдональдсу , он рядом 5 минута, все спокойно. Достойный отель, рекомендую.

호텔은 해변 쇼핑몰과 수족관이 근처에 있어 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 주변 환경도 매우 안전합니다. 하지만 방에 모기가 있습니다. 잠자리에 들기 전에 두 마리를 죽였지만, 여전히 잠을 방해하는 모기가 있습니다! 양치질을 하려고 칫솔을 집어 올리다가 칫솔컵이 부러져서 손을 긁었습니다. 그날은 너무 늦었고 너무 피곤해서 밴드를 붙이고 잠자리에 들었습니다. 다음 날 체크아웃하고 호텔 프런트에 이 두 가지 사실을 말했지만, 그들은 신경 쓰지 않았습니다.
