We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.

체크인할 때 25달러에 고층 더블룸을 업그레이드했습니다. 방 배치가 매우 흥미롭고 전망이 좋습니다. 호텔은 전체적으로 낡았지만 관리 및 청소가 잘 되어 있습니다. 호텔 위치가 매우 좋으며 비즈니스 지구, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue 비즈니스 지구에서 도보 거리에 있습니다.

无无奈之下，住了两晚的喻生 2025.06.22
酒店尚可，trip.com 這個平台不值得信任，為了賺取客户的房費，謊稱當天的訂單不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到達的我，問酒店前台能否調整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答覆：平台同意調整日期即可；但本人在平台上無論如何也修改不了入往日期！提問所謂“專職客服”，永遠是機器人的回覆:不能退改！在一再追問下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一週後退款”。明明我衹需要修改入住時間（提前一天），且酒店方明確表示在平台上修改入住時間即可馬上辦理入住手續，trip.com平台卻設定不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我對這種推三阻四的機器人回覆高度懷疑：平台是在千方百計找藉口來私吞客人預付款！為了不讓這種無良商家的陰謀得逞，咱衹好改變行程，在這家酒店連住兩晚！給平台多賺佣金的機會，但絕不允許平台有意坑客。如果讓平台經常嚐到這種設計坑客的回報率遠高於正常佣金的甜頭，社會風氣真會每況逾下。無論trip.com 這個平台的擁有者是香港人還是台灣或者大陸人，都將使我中華民族臉上無光。奉勸平台所有者誠信經營，否則會自食其果。

디트로이트에서 환승을 하게 되어 하룻밤 묵어야 했습니다. 씨트립을 통해 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 매일 오후 6시 이전에는 무료 취소가 가능했지만, 첫날 밤 11시 항공편이라 탑승하지 못했고 취소도 할 수 없었습니다. 다음 날 도착해서 결국 1박에 2박 요금을 지불하게 되었습니다. 호텔에는 24시간 셔틀 서비스가 있으니 비행기에서 내린 후 프런트 데스크에 전화하면 됩니다. 30분 간격으로 운행되어 매우 편리합니다. 시설은 다소 오래되었지만 청결도는 훌륭합니다. 특히 미국 호텔에서는 보기 드문 풍성한 무료 조식이 훌륭합니다.

아침 식사가 없습니다. 엑스트라 베드는 이용하실 수 없습니다. 어린이 동반에 적합합니다. 위치는 시내 중심가가 아니라 여러 주요 쇼핑몰과 슈퍼마켓 옆에 있어 쇼핑과 식사에 편리합니다. 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 주방 시설은 매우 실용적입니다.

Excellent value for money. I picked this hotel last year because it was convenient to meet some friends nearby and used it again this year because it was a very good value as wel as convenient. Will likely use again in the future.

리리뷰어서비스는 훌륭합니다! 전염병 이후 처음으로 해외 출장을 가는데, 회사 예산 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 공항버스가 전화하면 2~3분 안에 도착합니다. 호텔 직원과 운전자는 매우 정중합니다. 좋은 느낌. 근처에 중국집이 있어서 정말 좋아요!

리리뷰어The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else.
This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

리리뷰어This year we celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a cute little hotel in a city close by , where we could unwind and we could also do a bit of after Christmas shopping . We found this cute cozy little city called Traverse City in Michigan. It was a short ride ( 3 hours) and arrived at this hotel situated on the beautiful Little traverse Bay . I can only imagine how nice this city is in the summer , I hear it’s called the Cherry Capital of Michigan . The hotel was as perfect as the city. And It had all the amenities that we needed for our perfect little get away . The room was just the right size for the 2 of us. With a comfy king bed and a queen bed , with crisp clean sheets with equally nice employees to round out our stay. We were told about a nice restaurant where we could enjoy a great steak with great ambiance . BOONES Long Lake Inn . ,after which we retired to our room back at the hotel . Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub or pool as we were just too tired from enjoying the day and evening out. We did enjoy the free breakfast that was delivered to our door. All in a I have to give it a 5 star experience.hoping to return again soon .

JJanetThis place was old but the rooms have been upgraded. Our room was mostly clean with just some corners missed. The updates were basic but nice. We do appreciate the hard floor in place of carpeting. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator and the many outlets around the room. There was one weird piece of that though. None of the desk power worked unless the overhead light was on. My husband does desk work before i get up and this added many hurdles for him.
The staff was very friendly. We had some extra time so stopped to see if we could check in early but they apologized that they couldn't accommodate us because the rooms were not ready. I would much rather wait than have a room that cleaning was rushed to get us in.
This hotel enforces a quiet time which again is wonderful for us.. We play music for a living and we fully appreciate a discounted but quiet room stay.
The drive to the hotel is a little difficult to follow the first time because the road comes in the back way. It feels a little unsafe BUT we had no issues at all. We will be back.

리리뷰어I spent one night at the Hollywood ****** at Greektown. I did not visit the ******. I was looking for a nice place to stay for the night. The hotel grounds were 4-stars. I arrived around 7 PM. It took some time to check in because I had to wait for a number of others who qualified for the VIP check-in line.
I stayed in a basic, twin queen room. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. Shortly after getting into my room, bright exterior lights turned on - shining in the direction of my room. I couldn't see what they were illuminating, but if I had to guess, it was perhaps the hotel name written on the exterior. Those lights stayed on all night. The drapes didn't completely cover the windows, so my room was illuminated all night. The room stayed one temperature despite what the thermostat was set to. There was an intermittent hum coming from the in-wall heater as if it was revving up. I ultimately slept with earplugs.
I am have been able to overlook the illuminated room, dysfunctional thermostat, and intermittent hum if I was there for other reasons than to sleep, like to visit the ******, or go out.
