훌륭한 직원들이 있는 훌륭한 5성급 호텔입니다. 게스트 관계 부서의 젊은 여성분이 국내선 항공권 문제를 해결해 주셨고, 이슬라마바드행 비즈니스석 버스 티켓 예약도 도와주시며 세심한 배려를 보여주셨습니다. 모든 직원들이 친절하고 예의 바르며 호텔 투숙객을 위해 최선을 다해 도와주셨습니다. 객실은 잘 꾸며져 있었고 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 헬스장은 넓고 유산소 운동 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 수영장은 온도 조절이 완벽하게 되어 있었습니다. 이 호텔이 얼마나 좋은지에 진심으로 놀랐고 감명받았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

호텔 경영진님께 !!! 이 호텔은 정말 최고예요! 칭찬해도 모자랄 정도예요. 특히 리셉션 직원들은 제가 파키스탄에서 경험해 본 것 중 최고의 고객 서비스 기술을 갖추고 있어요. 마치 서양 호텔에 있는 것 같아요. 이름을 기억하고 싶었지만, 체크인과 체크아웃을 담당해주신 직원분은 정말 전문적이고 고객 서비스 능력이 훌륭했어요. 리셉션 경영진은 그 직원의 신원을 알아내서 급여를 인상해 줘야 해요. 신의 가호가 있기를 바랍니다.

1. Royal Swiss 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고 직원들은 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 위치도 시내를 돌아다니기에 편리했습니다. 2. Royal Swiss 호텔은 내 여행에 좋은 선택이었습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 시설은 잘 관리되어 있으며 전반적으로 편안한 숙박을했습니다. 3. 나는 여기에 머무르는 것을 즐겼다. 분위기는 조용하고 방은 깔끔했으며 방문하는 동안 필요한 모든 것을 사용할 수있었습니다. 4. 호텔은 가격 대비 좋은 가치를 제공했습니다. 직원들은 환영했고 위치는 인근 명소와 레스토랑을 쉽게 방문 할 수있었습니다. 5. 스위스 라호르 호텔에서의 경험은 긍정적이었습니다.

나는 좋은 중국 음식을 여러 번 먹었습니다. 아침 식사도 풍성합니다. 중국인 요리사가 관리하고 있어요 유일한 단점은 방에 있는 식수 수질이 너무 딱딱해서 이틀 동안 주전자를 끓이고 나면 물때가 많이 남습니다. 호텔이 개선되기를 바랍니다. 다음번에도 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다. 공항과 매우 가깝고 보안도 매우 좋습니다.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

도착시 (오후 2 시경) 아직 방 청소 중이므로 조금 기다리라고했습니다. 그러나 기다리는 동안 신선한 주스와 음식까지 행동했습니다. 그리고 안내 된 방은 매우 멋진 방이었습니다. 깨끗하고 편안하게 보낼 수있었습니다. 낮 12시 체크인, 낮 12시 체크아웃이므로, 어쨌든 청소는 철줄이 되는 것 같아요. 그곳을 잘 환대로 커버하고 있다고 생각했습니다. 아침에 마라톤 대회가 있었기 때문에 마라톤 후 샤워하고 싶었고 아침에 마라톤에 갈 때 ”체크 아웃이 아니라”라고 말하고 가면 제대로 그대로 방을 유지하고 주어주었습니다. 낮 12시 체크 아웃은 정말 도움이되었습니다!

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.

I stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Sialkot for one night and was genuinely impressed. The experience was far beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including hand and bath towels, comb, soap, shampoo and complimentary hotel slippers. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always available to assist whenever needed. A special mention to the Front Office and Concierge team — they were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace to anyone visiting Sialkot, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

amenities can be improved. frequent short power outages observed at different times during the stay. soap and shampoo bottles were way too old and a hassle to pump. finding the light switch and dimmer was a real struggle. housekeeping was slow and had to be reminded twice to make up the room.
