나는 Mercure에서 멋진 숙박을했습니다. 우선 매니저가 처음에는 방이 필요하지 않더라도 짐을 보관하고 인터넷 시설을 사용하고 로비에서 일하는 것을 제안하는 데 매우 친절했습니다. 그 다음 방이 필요하다는 것이 밝혀졌을 때 Mercure를 선택하게되어 가장 기뻤습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 인도네시아의 다른 지역을 다루는 것 외에도 채식 및 비건 옵션을 제공하는 훌륭합니다. 객실은 편안하고 3층의 바는 라이브 음악을 제공합니다. 친절한 직원을 거의 찾을 수 없습니다. 항구와 가까운 편리한 위치. 내가 발견 한 유일한 개선 사항은 열 수 있는 창문에 접근할 수 있다는 것입니다.

My experience at Swiss-Belhotel Timika was genuinely smooth and efficient. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff handled it quickly with clear communication. And when I requested laundry service, they came straight to my room without any hassle. For me, they’re truly customer-centric, responsive, communicative, and focused on guest comfort. The standard room is very old, yet clean, but if you stay in deluxe, then it’s amazing. I saw one cockroach but I’m okay with that. The breakfast was of limited options, but still you could choose what to eat. WiFi worked good. This is for sure the best hotel in Wamena, so I would recommend it despite all disadvantages 😄 The transfer to the airport is 100.000 rupiah . There is a supermarket in 5 minutes walking and across there are some nice warungs, I liked coto Makassar a lot 👍🏼
