피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 글로스터셔 호텔

우리는 하룻밤 동안 호텔을 예약했습니다. 처음 가격은 꽤 좋은 듯 보였지만 투명성이 부족하다는 것을 알게 되어 매우 짜증났습니다. 그들은 주차장에 7파운드의 추가 요금이 있다는 것을 언급하지 않았습니다. 게다가 Trip.com에서는 아침 식사를 14파운드 더 내면 이용할 수 있었고, 4세 미만 어린이는 무료로 식사할 수 있다고 명시되어 있었습니다. 리셉셔니스트가 아침 식사를 원하는지 물었을 때, 우리는 아침에 결정하겠다고 말했고, 그녀는 더 이상 언급하지 않았습니다. 하지만 아침에 아침 식사가 16파운드라는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 전날 밤에 결정했다면 13파운드였을 텐데, 그들은 또한 아이들을 위해 5파운드를 추가로 요구했습니다. 게다가 리셉셔니스트는 그다지 친절하지 않았습니다. 또한 수영장은 문을 닫았습니다.

Excellent hotel though staff in bar and restaurant could be better trained

프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 레스토랑 음식은 그저 그랬습니다. 객실 청소 상태는 기준에 미치지 못했는데, 아마도 인력 부족 때문인 것 같습니다(영국 기준에 비추어 볼 때). 영국에서는 중급 호텔로 여겨지며, 중국 관광객들에게는 무난한 곳입니다.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my 60th birthday. With my daughter. The views are breathtaking and the hotel its self . Great location the staff are very welcoming and courteous. There is lots of parking , unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the spa facilities. Our only negative thing was our room although lovely the carpet had a few stains on it and our windows did not open easily , and the entrance hall to our room was very dirty we had been given a room in the grounds outside of the hotel and for the cost of our stay we were very disappointed after seeing such elegance,with the main Hotel and the lobby etc . We had also been given a room with a bathroom that was more suited to someone who needed more support and although there was nothing wrong with that , it would of been nice to have had a choice of a bath as well and we felt someone else might have benefited more with this set up on their stay.

Great hotel and helpful, friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. I would stay again.

We are a family of four and booked 2 junior suites and requested both on booking and during email correspondence prior to our arrival for double bed and twin bed configurations. On our arrival we were allocated rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, on different floors and with 2 double beds. Housekeeping had apparently gone home for the night despite arriving before 6pm and so this could not be corrected. The hotel had a beautiful open fireplace in the main bar which for some reason on a cold night in December wasn’t alight. We ate dinner in the hotel brasserie where a significant number of dishes on the menu were unavailable with no explanation from the staff when asked. At breakfast the following morning we were unable to order coffee as apparently this service is not available on weekends. Overall, despite a great location, this was a very disappointing stay.

우리는 도착했을 때 우리가 여행을 통해 예약한 호화로운 방 대신 스탠다드 룸을 배정 받았다는 사실에 실망했습니다. 접수원은 매우 친절했지만 사용할 수 있는 방이 없어서 예약한 방을 줄 수 없었습니다. 그녀는 우리에게 약간 더 나은 방을 주었지만 괜찮 았지만 새로 고칠 준비가 된 것처럼 보였습니다. 방에 헤어드라이어가 없어서 리셉션에 전화해야 했지만 전화를 사용하는 지침이 없었고, 우리가 작동했을 때 응답이 없었습니다! 그 다음 우리 이웃이 정말 시끄러운 음악을 연주하고 있었기 때문에 나중에 다시 리셉션이 필요했지만 다시 대답이 없었습니다. 이 외에도 호텔은 매우 좋았고 레스토랑은 매우 훌륭하고 합리적인 가격이었고 수영장은 좋았고 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 우리는 다시 거기에 머물 것이지만 직접 예약합니다.

This was our second trip to this hotel. The location is stunning,  to  wake in the morning and pull back the curtains to reveal a panoramic view of the lake was breathtaking. Breakfasts are amongst the best we’ve ever had. Service first class across the board. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean however the decorations are dated. I have some noise issues in my room, a constant deep humbling sound from midnight. I am not sure what that is, it sounded like behind the wall, above the ceiling. It was very bad and lasted a whole night and I could not sleep at all. The sound made me feel sick , very unwell and hard to describe. I found it hard to breathe at one point. After almost three hours of noise disruption , I could no longer bear it anymore and contacted the help desk. To be fair, the staff were helpful and offered me an alternative room opposite my original room. Although the sound was less noisy in the new room but didn't go away. I am very disappointed with this experience and don't want to go back anymore.

더블룸의 소파는 접어서 침대로 사용할 수 있어 성인 두 명과 어린이 한 명이 한 방에서 잘 수 있습니다. 하지만 이렇게 하면 방이 좁아지고 짐을 펼 공간이 부족합니다. 소파베드도 그다지 편안하지 않습니다. 그래도 아침 식사는 꽤 괜찮고, 프런트 데스크에 택시를 부를 수 있는 직통 전화가 있어서 매우 편리합니다.
