The hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone.
Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience.
We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to.
Breakfast was good and would recommend it.

Perched above the harbour the first floor accommodation offers stunning views across Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount and beyond. It's perfect for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing break in unspoilt Cornwall away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you have a recent addition to your family we can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. The cottage is ideally situated to explore both Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and the spectacular coast and unspoilt areas of the beautiful West Penwith. Dogs are always welcome. The outside area is a shared path with the neighbours but a small table and chairs allows you to have a glass of wine or two in the evening or breakfast alfresco in the sunshine. 很英式的酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間不大，但很乾凈，停車免費，記得和前台要停車券，早餐很豐盛，海景也很棒，游泳池開放到晚上十點👍

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and convenient car park, making it a great choice for those driving. Additionally, it's only about a 20-minute drive to Hayle Bay and around 25 minutes to St. Michael's Mount, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend The Penventon Park Hotel for anyone visiting the area.

RR C RichardsDidn’t expect to be staying in a block of rooms which were pretty soulless. Wanted to go into the Hotel bar for a drink but because we didn’t have a meal booked, as wanted to go out to Portreath by the sea for food, we weren’t allowed in the bar for a drink from 6pm, it was cordoned off! so I have no idea what the hotel bar is like. So I feel for the money we paid we didn’t actually get to use any of the hotel. All we wanted was a drink in the bar with the view.
I won’t be rushing back.

리리뷰어Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly staff. We went for a special occassion but we just did not feel special at all no effort at all.
They can not say we did not tell them it was on the booking form, I was asked when I phoned to book a reservation in the restaurant and again when we checked in. Came away feeling very flat.
Food was well presented and tasted good. Had a lovely bottle of wine.

Used the swimming pool and there are tiles missing inside the pool.

JJoyalThe place was good to camp. The toilets were shared, so it was not clean. There were used tissues inside the bathroom all the time.
The room was good but it was not properly clean.
The room amenities like the heated mattress and the heater was good. Others like the hair dryer were covered in dust like it was not used or cleaned in weeks.

AAndrew LeeA clean, well staffed and inviting hotel which is currently going through an upgrade. The rooms have character and the hotel has kept a lot of tradition in it's feel. The restaurant breakfast was efficient, good choice, with friendly staff. The location is amazing, very close to town, beach and wonderful views. We will be returning.

Room was a little on the small side and some parts of the room and landings were a little scruffy.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

三三少爷的荐별 5개 추천, 슈퍼 위치, 무적의 바다 전망, 아침 식사 포함, 주로 풍경이 매우 좋습니다. 기차역 바로 옆에 레스토랑으로 가는 작은 길이 있고, 바와 바는 바다 전망입니다. 야외에 있는 넓은 테라스, 앉아서 애프터눈 티를 마실 수 있고, 바에 앉아서 밤에는 바깥 바다를 바라보며 술을 마실 수 있습니다. 내가 예약한 방은 작았지만 나쁘지 않았다. 슬리퍼와 목욕 가운, 목욕 수건 등도 제공되었습니다. 몇 분 동안 해변으로 내려가는 것이 매우 편리했습니다. 해변 옆에서 가장 추천하는 호텔이었고 비교적 새건물이었습니다.
