피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 스페인 발레아레스 제도 호텔

이전에 예약했던 호텔에 문제가 생겨서 급하게 시내 호텔을 예약해야 했습니다. 씨트립 포인트 덕분에 괜찮은 가격에 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었어요. 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 걸어갈 수 있는 거리이고, 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 침대도 편안했어요. 전기 주전자도 제공되었는데, 뜨거운 물과 티백이 있어서 좋았습니다. 욕실 디자인이 조금 특이하긴 했지만, 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 체크아웃 후에는 짐을 보관할 수 있습니다. 공항까지 택시로 15분 정도 걸리고 요금은 약 22유로입니다.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

이비자에서 보낸 최고의 가족 여행, 몇 가지 개선할 점이 있었지만 만족스러웠습니다. 저희 가족은 최근 일주일간의 휴가 중 이비자의 5성급 호텔에서 4박을 하며 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 경험이었으며, 이비자를 방문하는 다른 가족들에게 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 좋았던 점: 편리한 위치: 호텔이 공항과 가까워 특히 가족 여행 시 도착과 출발이 매우 편리했습니다. 흠잡을 데 없는 청결도: 객실부터 공용 공간까지 호텔 전체가 매우 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어 감탄했습니다. 이러한 세심한 배려 덕분에 더욱 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 고품질 음식: 호텔 레스토랑에서 제공되는 모든 음식은 최고급 재료를 사용한 것이 돋보였습니다. 신선하고 맛있는 음식을 마음껏 즐겼습니다. 탁월한 직원 서비스: 만난 모든 직원분들이 매우 친절하고, 도움이 되었으며, 전문적이었습니다. 최고의 서비스를 제공하려는 그들의 헌신적인 노력 덕분에 편안하고 만족스러운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 개선이 필요한 부분: 레스토랑 직원: 식사 피크 시간대에 메인 레스토랑의 직원 수가 부족하여 대기 줄이 발생하는 것을 목격했습니다. 이 문제를 해결하면 모든 투숙객의 식사 경험이 크게 향상될 것입니다. 제한된 주간 활동: 비수기에 방문했기 때문일 수도 있지만, 투숙객들이 즐길 수 있는 주간 활동이 더 많았으면 좋겠습니다. 스파 이용 포함 여부: 객실 요금에 스파 이용이 포함되어 있지 않았고, 패키지에 추가할 수 있는 옵션도 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 스파를 기본 요금에 포함하거나 추가 옵션으로 제공한다면 훨씬 좋을 것입니다. 불편한 점: 숙박 기간 동안 불편한 점은 전혀 없었습니다. 전반적인 평가: 위에서 언급한 몇 가지 개선점에도 불구하고, 저희 가족은 이 호텔에서 매우 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 이러한 사항들이 개선된다면 향후 투숙객들은 더욱 특별한 경험을 할 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다. 다음번에 이비자에 방문할 때도 이곳에 다시 묵는 것을 고려해 볼 생각입니다.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

“최근 바다 전망 객실에 묵었는데, 꽤 쾌적하고 편안했습니다. 다만, 욕실에는 샤워캡, 헤어 컨디셔너 등 필수 편의시설이 부족하다는 점에 실망했습니다. 수영장 구역에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 편안한 일광욕용 침대가 있었지만, 하루 종일 시끄러운 음악이 흘러나와서 꽤 방해가 되었습니다. 특히 당신이 뭔가 다른 것을 선호하거나 침묵을 선호할 때 당신을 위해 음악을 선택한다는 것은 인상적이었습니다. 리셉션 서비스는 예외는 아니지만 허용 가능했습니다. 나는 리셉션의 여성들이 더 친절하고 수용적이라는 것을 알았습니다. 아침 식사는 숙박의 하이라이트였으며 다양한 맛있는 옵션을 제공했습니다. 이비자 중심부에 가까워 호텔의 위치는 편리하지만, 호텔이 위치한 거리에는 하층민들의 왕래가 많아 23시 이후에는 불안함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 바다 전망 객실에서는 거리 소음이 들리지 않았지만, 거리를 향한 객실을 예약하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 이중창이 없기 때문에 잠을 이루기가 어렵습니다. 특히 근처의 시끄러운 슈퍼마켓에서 늦은 밤까지 시끄러운 테크노 음악을 틀고 소란스러운 고객들과 함께라면 더욱 그렇습니다. 게다가 식당도 시끄러웠어요. 또한, 이용 가능한 주차 옵션이 제한되어 있습니다. 리셉션에서는 이 문제에 대한 정보를 제공하지 않으며 거리 자체에 주차 공간이 많지 않은 것 같습니다. 이는 자동차를 렌트할 계획이라면 큰 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 요약하자면, 밤낮으로 외출할 계획이 없고 주차가 필요하지 않은 경우가 아니라면 소음과 편안함이 부족하기 때문에 스트리트 뷰 객실은 피하는 것이 좋습니다.”

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast & dinner were fabulous, with plenty of choices. The staff were efficient & friendly & we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza!
