Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

Good: service , free shuttle service to the station, friendly staff , using l'occitane products Could be improved: breakfast with limited choices , kind of dissapointed. Booked a triple room and I can hear people talking beside the room ( poor soundproof )

호텔은 기차역에서 조금 떨어져 있었지만, 셔틀버스 서비스가 있어서 편리했어요. 2층 객실이었지만 발코니에서 마터호른 봉우리가 잘 보였습니다. 다만, 더 높은 층이었으면 전망이 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 조식은 무난했지만, 갓 구운 빵이 맛있었어요.

객실은 깨끗하지만, 외부 유지 보수 작업이 있어 아침 8시 이전에 작업이 시작되어 매우 시끄러워서 나머지 부분에 영향을 미칩니다. 게다가 아침 식사 때 큰 귀걸이를 한 남자 웨이터가 있었는데, 중국 사람을 차별하는 듯한 불친절한 태도를 보였습니다!

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

방이 넓고 밝으며, 난방도 켜져 있어서 아침 저녁으로 기온차가 꽤 납니다. 우리가 살았던 1층에는 야외에 데크 의자가 있었고, 넓은 테라스로 바로 걸어가서 멋진 산 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 마터호른은 레스토랑 창 바로 바깥에 있으며, 아침 식사는 고품질입니다. 타의 추종을 불허하는 지리적 위치에 특히 중점을 두어야 합니다. 관광객들이 마터호른 사진을 찍기에 가장 좋은 장소는 호텔 입구이기도 한 교회 옆 다리입니다!

服間寬敞，房內設施齊全，還有陽台可以吸煙

Das Alpin Superior liegt unmittelbar neben der Gondelbahn Alpin Express - ideal für Skifahrer. Das Hotel selber ist freundlich, hell und gut eingerichtet. Der Wellness-Bereich bietet eine Finnische - und eine Dampfsauna, sowie einen Whirlpool. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wiedee!

Excellent service, chambres confortables et bien décorées, le spa vu sur les montagnes est très joli, le restaurant sert de très bons plats avec produits de qualité, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, il y a même du jus d'orange pressé. Très bonne expérience!

Located right next to the bus station. Offers amazing views of the mountains. Clean, has spa(extra) and swimming pool (included). Good choice for breakfast, dinner is also available for extra 19,5 CHF. Price is OK for what you get.
