피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 방글라데시 치타공 호텔

객실 시설은 괜찮고 가격도 적당하고 방 크기도 적당합니다. 다만 욕조가 좀 불편해서 샤워하기가 조금 불편합니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 책상 아래 콘센트가 너무 불편해서 컴퓨터를 사용하기가 불편합니다. 나가서 길 건너 왼쪽으로 돌아서 조금 걸어가면 중타이 드림이라는 식당이 있는데, 가격이 비교적 비싼 편입니다.

프런트 데스크 직원은 미소도 짓지 않고, 인사도 하지 않고, 여행객/고객을 환영하는 말을 건네지도 않았지만, 다른 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 안에서 처음 마주치는 사람으로서, 현관에 다다르자 친절한 벨보이가 짐을 맡아주고, 도어맨이 반갑게 맞아준 후, 이 젊은 여성분은 홍보/고객 서비스와 기본적인 예의범절을 '새롭게' 해 주시면 좋을 것 같았습니다! 호텔은 2023년에 리모델링을 했지만, 객실 카펫은 철저한 스팀 청소가 필요했습니다. 오히려 카펫 얼룩이 심해 매력적인 인테리어와 전체적인 인상이 손상되었는데, 진공청소기로는 해결할 수 없는 문제였습니다. 남편과 저는 매트리스가 불편했습니다. 저희는 단단한 것을 좋아하지만, 이 매트리스는 딱딱했습니다. 마치 판자처럼요! 저는 매트리스가 딱딱해서 잠을 잘 못 자고, 자주 뒤척였습니다. 이틀 이상 묵었다면 방을 옮겨달라고 요청하거나 '토퍼'를 추가했을 겁니다. 주변에는 괜찮은 레스토랑이 여러 곳 있었고, 활기찬 야시장도 있었습니다. 중심부에 위치해 있어서 툭툭을 타고 관광지로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다.

서비스는 나쁘지 않고 좋지 않지만 직원은 좋았습니다 방은 깨끗했지만 리셉션 서비스 품질이 너무 나빴습니다. 4개월 전에 이미 신용카드로 결제했는데 체크아웃할 때 시간이 너무 길었어요 하지만 전반적으로 나쁘지 않습니다

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

호텔은 넓은 면적을 차지하고 있으며 객실은 매우 좋고 깨끗하며 외부 풍경은 매우 좋습니다. 치다강에서 최고의 호텔 중 하나이며 음식도 좋습니다. 치다강에 가면 여기에 머무를 것을 고려할 것입니다.

인터넷은 기본적으로 만족스럽고 서비스는 매우 전문적이며 위치는 비교적 중심적인데 씨트립의 설명이 틀립니다. 호텔은 공항에서 18km 떨어져 있으며 호텔에서 설명하는 9km가 아닙니다. 주인은 현지인이며 매우 열정적입니다. 아래층 보안이 잘 되어있고 24시간 경비원이 아래층에 상주하고 있습니다. 치타공과 같은 호텔은 이미 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 공사장이 없고, 수면이 매우 조용하고, 출장에 매우 적합합니다.

아침 식사를 하는 것이 좋습니다. 일찍 여행을 가면 혼자 아침을 먹을 수 있습니다. 그냥 빵과 간단한 패스트리입니다. 도어맨과 웨이터는 좋습니다. 그러나 방에 주전자가 없습니다

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.
