피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 오스트리아 티롤 호텔

호텔 리셉션부터 너무 친절히 맞이하여주셨고, 체크인 시간보다 30분 일찍 숙소로 들어갈수 있었습니다. 저희가 야간열차로 이동해야해서 중간에 비는 시간이 있었는데, 캐리어를 맡겨주시고 로비에 지낼수 있게 해주어서 감사했습니다. 노르드케테에 방문할 예정이라면 최고의 숙소 입니다. 숙소에서 1-2분 앞에 정류장이 있습니다. 스와로브스키 크리스탈월드에 가기위한 셔틀버스 정류장도 걸어서 5-10분이면 있고, 시가지도 15분 안쪽으로 도착할 수 있습니다. 신혼여행으로 와서 좋은 기억만 가지고 갑니다.

When systems replace people Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel. The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space. What failed completely during my stay was human communication. A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced. Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person. At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant. Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being. The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians). The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.” What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset: rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding. This hotel does not have a problem with facilities. It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them. I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects: How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level? With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent. Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

이 호텔은 환상적인 위치와 아름다운 인테리어로 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있지만, 아쉽게도 형편없는 서비스와 시설 문제로 인해 숙박이 망쳐졌습니다. 유럽 폭염 기간에 방문했는데, 객실 에어컨이 완전히 고장 나서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 설상가상으로 객실 전화도 작동하지 않아 프런트 데스크에 쉽게 연락할 수 없었습니다. 겨우 직원과 통화했지만, 다음 근무조에 상황을 전달하지 않았습니다. 또한, 주간 근무 직원들의 태도가 미흡했습니다. 객실 문제에 대해 이야기하던 중 한 여성 직원이 너무 큰 소리로 말해서 다른 투숙객들이 쳐다볼 정도였습니다. 그녀가 노골적으로 무례한 것은 아니었지만, 목소리를 높이는 것은 전혀 불필요하고 불편했습니다. 경영진이 이러한 소통 및 서비스 문제점을 개선해 주기를 바랍니다.

Very nice and good hotel to stay in the beautiful city of Innsbruck. Located not too far from city centre but its only 10 mins by bus to the city and the hotel provides every guests with free bus card for the whole stay, make it easy and convinient for us. The rooms are clean & has enough space. The breakfast also complete and delicious. There are some restaurants & supermarket nearby the hotel. The bus stop also just around the corner of the hotel. This hotel also has free washing machine & dryer to use, with gym & sauna too. Overall this is such a wonderful hotel to stay for our whole family. Thank you for the hospitality

For the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous  Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries?  We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it  in good conscience.

위치. 좋아요. 중앙역에서 도보 6~7. 중심지 이동 ,도보로 다 가능해요. 버스.트램은 호텔 바로 앞에 있어서 편리하게 사용했어요. 청결. 나름 괜찮았어요. 친절. 매우 친절해요. 프론데스크. 키퍼분들 상냥해요 룸. 2베드. 방 사이즈도 넓구요.더블베드라서 넓고 좋았어요. 3개월전 미리 예약해서 가성비도 좋았구요. 고층이라 전망이 정말 좋았어요.

직원들은 전문적이고 세심하며, 객실은 넓고 편안하며 모든 편의시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 시내 중심에 위치하여 관광 명소로 이동하기에 매우 편리하며, 주변에 다양한 레스토랑과 슈퍼마켓이 있어 식료품 구입도 용이합니다. 객실 내 에어컨 성능이 뛰어나 더운 날씨에도 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있습니다.

Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer. Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car. Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

우리는 Mayrhofen의 Alpenfanner Resort에서 놀라운 2박을 했습니다. 직원이 현장에 있지 않아도 체크인은 원활했습니다. 그들은 우리를 윙윙 거리고 전화로 안내하고 모든 것을 명확하게 설명했습니다(키 픽업부터 주차까지). 우리 아파트는 넓고 깨끗하며 조용했으며 주방, 별도의 침실과 욕실, 멋진 산 전망을 감상할 수 있는 발코니가 있습니다. 위치는 완벽했습니다 시내 중심가까지 쉽게 걸어갈 수 있고 체어리프트와 가깝습니다. 매일 저녁 우리는 알프스가 내려다 보이는 발코니에서 와인 한 잔을 즐겼습니다. 정말 아름답고 편안한 숙박 더 오래 예약했으면 좋겠어요!

직원들이 정말 친절하고 인내심이 많으셨어요! 멋진 경치를 자랑하는 훙거스베르크 하이킹 코스까지 안내해 주셨어요. 정말 감사했어요! 객실에는 작은 정원이 있어서 보기에도 좋았어요. 엄마와 저는 인스브루크에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!
