나는 이 호텔에서 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 직원들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 환영했고 항상 내가 편안했는지 확인하기 위해 더 많은 노력을 기울였습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 매일 아침 조식은 신선하고 맛있었습니다. 편안하고 즐거운 경험을 원하는 사람에게 적극 권장합니다.

시설: 괜찮습니다. 하지만 나무 옷장에서 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 문만 닫으면 괜찮습니다. WiFi는 모두 무료입니다. 환경 : 아래층에 수영장이 있고, 많은 외국인들이 아이들을 이곳으로 데려옵니다. 서비스 : 오후 4시에 체크인하지만 실제로는 2시에 체크인이 가능하며 에어컨도 이용 가능합니다. 국제 컨벤션 및 전시 센터까지 도보로 10분 밖에 걸리지 않으며 매우 가깝습니다.

이 호텔은 가성비가 훌륭해서 올랜도 여행 시 숙박비를 많이 절약할 수 있습니다. 유니버설 스튜디오와 가깝고 디즈니랜드에서도 그리 멀지 않아 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에는 세계에서 가장 큰 맥도날드가 있습니다. 시설: 호텔이 오래되어 시설이 최신은 아닙니다. 객실에는 전자레인지가 있습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 위생: 위생 상태는 매우 좋았습니다. 환경: 호텔 환경은 좋았습니다. 수영장과 정원이 있고 주차장이 넓습니다. 객실이 많았고 매우 조용했습니다.

방이 깔끔합니다. 로비부터 방까지 카펫이 있어 캐리어 이동이 조금 불편합니다. 수영장에 타월이 있어 편리했고 스파도 있어 수영 후 몸을 녹이고 들어올 수 있어 좋았습니다ㅎ 체크인 체크아웃 전후로 짐을 맡아줘서 주변 구경도 편하게 할 수 있었습니다!

저는 무료 익스프레스 패스가 제공되기 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 호텔 서비스는 정말 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도예요! 우리는 첫날밤에 물을 사지 않았기 때문에 방에 있는 물병을 열었는데, 가격은 한 병에 8달러였고, 그 중 절반을 마셨습니다. 밤에 방으로 돌아왔을 때, 남아 있던 물의 절반이 사라져 있었습니다. 나는 주위를 둘러보았지만 찾을 수 없었다. 한 병에 8달러인데, 제 동의 없이 남은 물의 절반을 버리거나 가져갔습니다. 정말 너무해요! 결국 그들은 그것이 실수였다고 말하며 물 한 병에 대한 비용을 청구하지 않았습니다. 게다가 체크아웃을 하려고 하니까 프런트에서 아무것도 사지 않았고 체크아웃할 필요도 없으며, 그냥 호텔을 바로 나가면 된다고 했습니다. 그래서 우리는 떠났고, 나중에 20달러 이상이 청구되었다는 이메일을 받았습니다. 씨트립에 문의해보니 라운지에 와인 한 병이 있었다고 하더군요. ? ? 우리는 모두 일찍 출발해서 늦게 돌아왔고, 호텔에서 식사도 한 번 하지 못했어요. 말문이 막혔어요! 아직 600달러 환불을 받지 못했습니다. 호텔 측과 물 손실 및 설명할 수 없는 차감에 관해 소통할 수 있도록 도와주신 Ctrip 고객 서비스에 감사드리고, 사전에 보상금을 지불해 주셨습니다. 서비스: 매우 나쁨!

From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer. WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby. South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation

I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

디즈니 월드와 디즈니 스프링스를 방문하기에 완벽한 위치입니다. 호텔 정원은 잘 관리되어 있고, 디즈니 테마 장식으로 가득 차 있어 인상적입니다. 모든 올스타 테마 호텔의 수영장도 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 저희는 1박만 묵었지만 이틀 모두 무료 주차가 가능했습니다. 그런데 체크인할 때까지 호텔에서 워터파크 무료 입장권을 제공한다는 사실을 몰랐습니다. Trip.com 웹사이트에 그렇게 적혀 있었다면, 하루 더 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

I recently stayed at this hotel from October 1st to 5th. The room was very clean and overall, the hotel was good. However, I found the breakfast selection quite limited with not much variety. My biggest disappointment was the management's failure to repair the second elevator. Upon speaking to other guests, I learned that it had been out of service even before our arrival. Operating a seven-story hotel with only one functional elevator was far from ideal. At times, we had to wait excessively long just to go up or down, and it was clear other guests were frustrated as well. This issue significantly impacted our experience.

주차장 바로 건너편에 퍼블릭스 슈퍼마켓이 있어(도보 2분) 간단한 생필품이나 간식을 구매하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 브리켈 시내 중심가와도 매우 가깝습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 전망이 좋습니다. 루프탑 수영장도 좋지만, 사람이 많을 때는 혼잡할 수 있으니 피크 타임은 피하는 것이 좋습니다. 헬스장은 넓고 도시 스카이라인이 한눈에 들어오는 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 이 호텔이 너무 마음에 들어서 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요!
