It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

깨끗한 방, 작동하는 에어컨, 욕실에 많은 욕실 카운터 공간, 편안한 침대. 호텔 바로 앞에 무료 주차. 아침 식사는 매일 아침 훌륭했습니다. 유일한 단점은 방의 미니바가 충분히 춥지 않고 야간 승무원과 상황이 있다는 것입니다. 우리는 실내 에어컨을 21°C로 설정하려고했습니다. 야간 승무원이 우리 방으로 와서, 그의 휴대폰 앱을 통해 우리 방 온도계를 조정한 후(더 따뜻하게 만들기) 그는 우리가 온도를 너무 낮게 설정했다는 것을 걱정하는 것 같았습니다. 우리는 밤에 추운 침실을 좋아하기 때문에 이것이 목적임을 그에게 확신해야 했습니다. 우리는 그가 우리와 먼저 이야기하기 전에 우리의 온도를 원격으로 조정할 만큼 편안하다고 느꼈다는 것이 이상하다고 생각했습니다.

I loved this hotel. So nice and comfortable and quiet. Rooms were so warm and staff were really helpful. However do not believe that they advertise parking as there is none. I booked this hotel as saw parking was available however 2 hours before arrival received a message to say no parking available and told alternative parking places whicb were not that close of a walk. As a tourist this is not acceptable as you expect to find the parking that was advertised. Check with this hotel before arrival as they have 2 spaces that can be booked in advance of arrival only. Apart from this issue I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was nice and hotel is very central.

위치는 매우 편리합니다. 도시의 거의 중앙에 있으며 갈 곳이 특히 편리합니다. 호텔 복도에는 다양한 유럽 스타일의 그림이 있으며 일부 전통적인 장식은 매우 강한 유럽 스타일을 제공합니다. 또한 방 배치는 크지는 않지만 매우 특별합니다. 그러나 내부 물건이 매우 완벽하고 테이블 TV와 옷장이 매우 편리하며 욕실 샤워 시설도 좋습니다. 가장 큰 장점은 2개의 공용 주방이 있어 커피를 직접 끓여 먹을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 테이블에 앉아 바깥 풍경을 감상할 수 있다는 점입니다. 또한 냉장고에 편리하게 둘 수 있는 초대형 냉장고가 2개 있습니다.

Nice room overlooking the square and hill with the Brashov Sign but room was too warm and the air con would only go down by a couple of degrees. Not safe to leave window open as easy to move from one balcony to the next. The bath was very welcome and great views from my room!

We absolutely loved the location, safe and within minutes of the city center. One of the front desk staff (a lovely woman with glasses) stood out to us as exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The same warmth and kindness was also shown by one of the breakfast staff, who started our day with a smile. The room was enormous—perfectly accommodating 3-4 as well as luggage. As for areas of improvement—the rugs could be darker or replaced, as they had some markings. Housekeeping was efficient—quick and in and out. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, and the pillows were not ideal. The A/C was somewhat noisy. One night, the ceiling unexpectedly started leaking. Handling of such situations in Romania seems different—there was no compensation or mention of potentially switching rooms. Instead, we were informed by the young man that it could happen again, which was not very reassuring.

The bedroom (junior suite) is perfect for a couple. We were extremely comfortable and the room itself is new and beautifully designed. The location of the hotel is right in the Old Town, which is stunning and wonderful to traverse. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff just terrific. We were in need of a doctor and they made the happen for us.

First things first - booked online, pictures looking great , upon arrival the situation changed slightly ... even that we booked the 4 star section of the hotel and we got the room there (it has a 3 star section also, but I doubt I want to know how that is looking like after seeing the 4 star room), but yes you pay like for a 4 star hotel - and in Brasov in the summer - end of July, full holidays season is not a small amount I can tell you. Still , it was suiting a purpose - we only spent 3 nights here so it is not the end of the world. A few ”minuses” - dated furniture showing signs of wear, a slight musty scent despite of the odorants used during house keeping, the minibar overpriced like beyond belief plus the door of the small fridge was not closing properly unless you ”persuaded” it a little bit, shower booth very small by any standard, very average breakfast - to say the least- if spend more than a few days here you just give up on it in have breakfast in the city, plus during breakfast the tables were cleaned between customers with great delay, staff was more busy with their morning chat (and making some very unappropriated comments in Romanian about some Muslim guests attending breakfast - not all your customers are foreigners people! be a bit careful with your tongues.) Some ”pluses” - the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable nothing to complain, hotel was not noisy from my perspective, free parking and we could always find a spot to park, supermarket 2 minutes walking from the hotel, historical center very close to the hotel , 10-12 minutes walk and you are there, they got breakfast, even that is boring and limited in options, at least you got something, very fast check in and check out. And the tropical fish tank in the lobby area is excellent! Overall not a bad option, not 4 star from my perspective - I've seen hotels on 5 continents - this is not 4 ... more like 3-ish ... price to quality ratio needs improvement... still we had a good stay , we only needed a place to sleep and shower so it suited the purpose since the majority of time we were out of the room.

The service was excellent from the check in which was made by Roxana to the restaurant, SPA and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are very nice, vintage but modern, you feel the experience of the mountain side, the fresh air. The SPA is very modern, the inside pool and outside jacuzzi were amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Răzvan from front office was very nice also, helpful, but i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to Miruna, who served us at the restaurant, she made my stay outstanding, always smiling and asking if everything was alright, very efficient and friendly. By the way, the food was delicious. WHORTY!! SIMPLY THE BESY !

크리스마스 선물에 갔다. 1PM에 도착하면 방이 준비되었습니다. 방에 일부 후원자로부터 작은 환영 선물을받는 데주의를 기울이십시오. 수건은 매일 교체되고, 액체 비누는 사용할 수 있으며, 샤워를위한 뜨거운 물은 제공됩니다. 가용성 부족으로 발코니 룸을 얻지 못했지만 전망은 여전히 좋았습니다. 음식은 괜찮 았지만 ”다른 것”이라는 터치가 없었습니다. 그냥 충분하고 먹기 좋습니다. 3박 숙박으로 주최한 밴드는 괜찮았지만 대중과 실제로 상호 작용하지 않았고 실제로 춤을 추는 공간이 없었습니다. cocktabil 바의 Ionut은 매우 친절하며 새로운 것에 대한 몇 가지 권장 사항을 제공할 수 있습니다. 산타는 우리가 집에서 가져온 선물로 미리 준비했지만 아이들을 위한 작은 선물을 가지고 왔습니다. 마지막으로 포함 된 물과 커피도 좋았습니다. 내가 가진 유일한 문제는 수영장이 내 취향에 충분히 가열되지 않았고 실제로 21도 온수 수영장에서 얼어 붙는 그런 사람이 아니라는 것입니다. 열은 주로 라디에이터에서 왔습니다.

We stayed for 3 nights(Thu-Fry-Sat) Restaurant: Breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. The food from the restaurant is great but kind of expensive. Dinks are decent and expensive aswell. For smokers there are only 3 tables that are kind of crowded and the tables were rarely cleaned(especially by the younger staff members who defenetly are highschool level at best) On weekends we had live violin music in the morning. Room: Cleaned every day around the time you should be enjoying breakfast. The sensor lights were broken, either flickering or non functional. Minibar was filled. Small balcony, good for smokers. Pool: One medium sized pool and 2 jacuzi with warm water ~35°C On weekdays you have more than enough spce but in weekends its so crowded you have no space if you don't show up at 10:30 when it opens. The drinks were smaller at the same price. Also the younger staff rarely goes further that the first 3-4 chairs(next to the entrance) to take orders. Parking: Free but limited at the hotel,you also can park on the street but its really steep and some drivers cand ram the cars that are parked in front of them.

The hotel is located near the top of the street that goes up to the edge of the forest, so beware the bears. The parking places are enough but they cannot fit the number of visitors is the hotel is more than half full, so it will be difficult to find a spot if you leave for the day or arrive late. The rooms have dated furniture and the dust could use some more cleaning, but the room overall is OK, with hot water running but you'd have to wait a while for it. The restaurant servings are ok and BF is very good, especially the pastries. We've had a karaoke singer singing the night we stayed over. The director is Lebanese so you have some Lebanese food servings in the menu, which are made kind of half restaurant-half fast-food style. There is a mini-park for the kids to play and some cradles to the side if you go down a few tens of meters from there. You can do SPA and pool, but haven't tried them. For the money we paid it's OK or if you wish to pay less but for an at most average experience.

We stayed at this hotel late September. We were part of a small tour group visiting Transylvania. We had an evening meal on our first night. We arrived late evening. Because the restaurant was closed for renovations until our last evening, we ate upstairs for our first nights dinner and breakfast for 4 of the 5 days we were there in what was possibly a meeting room. The dinner was typically Eastern European, very stodgy and filling. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also ok and quiet. We were at the back of the hotel overlooking the mountains/forest. On our first night we both received an “Emergency Bear Sighting in the area Alert” stating not to venture out! Frightened the life out of us. Out of skiing season this area is very remote with very little open. We did venture out on our 2nd night down to a snack cart about 200m down the road. We were very nervous about it as it get’s dark early in late September with no road lighting either. Staff at the hotel spoke reasonable English and were very friendly. Frightened the life out of us
