We found here the peaceful days we needed. We were welcomed by a dedicated team. All the experience was truly good, from the comfortable room, the amazing dinner experience to both pools and the excellent breakfast. We took this opportunity to visit Pena Aventura park (5 minutes walk) where you can try new activities (some very adventurous ones). These 2 entities, although not connected, work in a symbiotic way and it's a very nice experience for guests. We will return for sure 👌🏼

I went to Chaves and decided to stay at this hotel because another one was no longer available. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The rooms are good; the common areas are very good; the availability and friendliness of the staff is impeccable; and they were kind enough to offer me breakfast, which wasn't included in the booking. What's more, the price is fair, especially considering the quality of the space and the services. Congratulations! You've won a customer.

From every member of staff, food in all the restaurants/bar, bedrooms where I had the best 4 nights sleep that I had in ages, the grounds and the excursions. If you want a special holiday or short escape, visit here. You won't be disappointed.

No es un hotel PET FRIENDLY aunque se vendan que sí. Cobran 30€/noche por mascota y no puede estar en ninguna estancia del hotel, solo en la habitación. Atención por parte de la recepcionista del momento de la llegada muy mala. Spa muy pequeño (piscina, pequeño jacuzzi, sauna y un par de duchas frías). Zona de la piscina exterior buena aunque está todo cubierto alrededor de césped artificial y se calienta mucho y resulta desagradable caminar por él. Buen servicio en esa zona del hotel, tienen una pequeña carta de comida y te la sirven directamente en la zona de piscina. Habitación pequeña, el baño no tiene puerta solo cortina, poco armario y zona donde dejar maletas escasa. Cama grande muy cómoda, cama supletoria muy muy incómoda. Situación del hotel privilegiada, zonas donde comer y cenar cerca y varias tiendas de alimentación.

We spend 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The location, the rooms and the inside pool are amazing. But there are some things that just don’t fit in a 5* hotel: Staff: only one member of the staff was apparently qualified to work here, is name is Joel. All the others were either unfriendly or not qualified to do his job. Restaurant: besides of the fact that there is no big variety, meals are expensive; wines are ok; staff at the restaurant don’t know how to present themselves and serve food; I wonder if they ever had been trained for working in a restaurant. Other things we claim and hope that the management can improve: water temperature in the outside pool is too cold, not enough sunshade, only few drinks in the bar, snooker room dirt… Resume: we expected much more for this type of hotel; it looks like a good 4* but with amazing location: in the middle of the wine yards.

우리는 사이클 투어 중에 여기에서 밤을 보냈습니다. 호텔과 주변 환경이 공간과 자연과 가까운 느낌을 만듭니다. 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 편안하며 삼림 지대를 가로지르는 발코니에서 바라보는 전망은 매우 편안해 보입니다. 호텔은 현대적이고 영리하게 디자인되어 있으며 종종 아침 식사에서 상상했던 것보다 더 많은 방문자가 있음이 분명하기 전에 소수의 손님 중 한 명이라는 인상을줍니다. 저녁 식사에서 우리를 훌륭하게 돌봐준 직원들에 대해 특별히 언급하고 싶습니다.

Bellas Vistas Hotel은 ”호수” 해안에 위치한 현대적인 호텔입니다. 대부분의(모든 것은 아니지만) 객실은 호수와 시골 너머의 전망을 제공합니다. 호텔에 매우 유용하고 최근에 추가된 것은 우리가 이틀 밤을 먹었던 레스토랑입니다. 좋은 메뉴 선택이 제공되었지만 슬프게도 영어로 제공되지 않습니다. 우리는 영어가 매우 고르지 않은 바 직원으로부터 이것을 탐색하는 데 약간의 도움을 받았습니다. ”가는” 백업 언어는 프랑스어로 보였습니다. 우리의 ”파노라마 더블룸”은 거대하고 환상적이었습니다. 여기에는 불만이나 불만이 전혀 없습니다. 아침 식사 버퍼는 좋았지 만 아마도 더 많은 현지 농산물과 특산품을 제공 할 수 있습니까? 수영장이 있습니다. 날씨가 좋지 않아 머무는 동안 이것을 사용하지 못했습니다. 숙소에 무료 오프로드 주차장이 있습니다. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est moderne, élégant , confortable et très calme . La propreté est irréprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, alliant modernité et tradition avec pierres apparentes et boiseries. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Nous y avons parfaitement bien dormi . Le petit-déjeuner est très correct. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et nous avons été conquis par la qualité des plats et le service très professionnel des serveurs ainsi que par leur grande gentillesse et précieux conseils . Merci à eux, notamment de nous avoir parlé français, ce qui a été une valeur ajoutée à leur service extrêmement soigné. Nous recommandons l’hôtel et le restaurant +++et y reviendrons avec plaisir

Great place to stay in the thermal NorthEast region of Portugal. Well located, has an amazing staff, always clean with a slight flower aroma in the air. Didn't have the opportunity to try the pools (indoor or outdoor) but had a great relaxing massage. And it's just a 2-minute walk to the thermal spa. I'll be back for sure.

우리는 산탄데르와 알가르베 사이를 가는 도중에 Forte de Sao Francisco에서 1박을 예약했습니다. 공용 객실과 침실은 세련되게 복원된 오래된 요새에 있습니다. 훌륭한 저녁 식사와 아침 식사. 리셉션과 객실 근처에 충분한 주차 공간이 있습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 더 친절하고 도움이 될 수 없습니다. 이 호텔이 우리에게 더 많은 마일을 갔던 곳은 우리가 체크 아웃했을 때 아내가 좋아하는 코트를 방에 두고 왔고 접수 원은 코트를 포르투갈 남부의 별장으로 택배하지 않도록 준비했고 우리가 상환하는 것을 허용하지 않았습니다. 비용으로 서비스 비용은 어떻습니까? 다음에 Chaves를 방문하면 Forte de Sao Francisco를 확실히 사용할 것이며 포르투갈 북부에서 숙박 시설을 찾는 다른 여행자에게 이 아름다운 호텔을 예약 없이 추천할 것입니다.

Currently staying for 2 nights for my birthday weekend. Hotel is super modern. Some signs and wear and tear. Very clean and staff nice. House staff really friendly. Had dinner last evening in-house resturant. Wasn't blown away, quality let it down. Waitress didn't take the order correctly. But that was a good thing. For quality of food it was expensive at €76 for 2 people, and the steak was so tough. Very bad. Chaves itself is super pretty. Would stay at hotel again but not use in-house resturant for more than breakfast.

Just exceptional. The room was comfy, the spa wonderful, breakfast buffet excellent. The whole place was spotless but what made it for us was the staff... friendly and professional. Nothing was too much bother. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We only stayed one night as part of a longer N2/Portugal tour road trip but if I could give a mark more than excellent I would. We were so very impressed with this hotel - one of the best surprises of our trip. That ibis can take an old building, bring it back to life and turn it into a hotel without charging people a load of money to stay there is fantastic. Well done Ibis :=) We won't be returning to Chaves since it was part of our longer trip but we will definitely be looking out for Ibis Style in the future. Our room wasn't enourmous, but everything we needed was in there with storage for clothes and a very comfy bed - we both had a good sleep. Bathroom was good with a big walk in shower and plenty of hot water.
