조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 삼보앙가반도 호텔

숙박은 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 괜찮았고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만, 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 실습생들이 고객 서비스에 대한 교육이 부족했다는 것입니다. 복도나 계단에서 무리를 지어 다니며 시끄럽게 떠들었고, 투숙객들이 쉬거나 잠을 자고 있는 것을 전혀 배려하지 않았습니다. 항상 함께 다니는 모습도 눈에 띄었습니다. 특히 엘리베이터에서는 투숙객들이 먼저 내리도록 양보하지 않고 무리지어 타는 경우가 많았습니다. 복도에서도 마찬가지였습니다. 실습생들은 호텔 투숙객을 대하는 기본적인 예절 교육을 받은 후에 배치되어야 할 것 같습니다.

friendly staff, hasslefree Check-in & -out; nice & big rooms; well working shower, at TV I only found apps but no TV program; room has well working aircon, If there is traffic, it may be a bit noisy (thats the price for a very good location in the middle of 3 mallls (incl. SM). Breakfast we didnt chose coz it's only for Asian (no English or American breakfast). The value for money is fully ok. The fare to airport is PhP 150.- by TukTuk, or PhP 250.- by cabin-taxi.

The experience was great. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

내가 방에 대해 가장 좋아하는 것은 창문이었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방 내부의 닫힌 문에 대해 약간 혼란 스러웠지만 방은 안전하고 편안했습니다. 에어컨은 생각보다 춥지 않았지만 그래도 관리할 수 있었습니다. 샤워기 수압이 꽤 낮고 따뜻한 물도 없었지만 머무는 동안 관리할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 광고된 대로 영국식/아일랜드식 아침 식사를 기대했지만 대신 필리핀식 아침 식사로 밝혀졌습니다. 그러나 음식은 여전히 괜찮았습니다. 개선에 대한 한 가지 제안은 스마트 TV를 추가하거나 Netflix와 같은 스트리밍 서비스에 액세스를 제공하여 특히 밤에 저녁을 더 즐길 수 있도록 하는 것입니다. 전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 숙박을했습니다. 몇 가지 사소한 문제에도 불구하고 경험은 좋았고 제공되는 환대에 감사드립니다.

The hotel is a very relaxing place. The swimming pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also worth having. Very nice experience

Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.

Marcian is one of the best hotels in Samboanga. They have beautiful reception venues for weddings and other occasion. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. The customer service of the staff iled by John is empeccable. We had a good time meeting with families from the reception to our spacious room. Thank you for taking good care of every details.

Things were clean and service was on point. The food really impressed me as well. Specifically the chicken satay and the clubhouse sandwich. The only issues would be that the shower had no hot water so cold showers only. Also, we placed some chocolate on the table and an hour later there were ants everywhere. Aside from that it was great.
