Great place to stay. Perfect beach vacation. A must place visit to relax. Me and my family will surely be back.

Prior to arrival, I specifically requested a room with reliable Wi-Fi connectivity due to the nature of my work. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was extremely poor, often showing almost zero bars and experiencing very high latency on both my laptop and mobile devices. Connectivity only improved when standing in the hallways. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay. I had to regularly turn on the air conditioning in order to reduce the smell, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Lastly, the room was provided with only one pillow, which was insufficient and negatively affected my sleep quality.

They were very accommodating and nice. The room is clean as always. One of their staffs proactively assisted my mom in connecting to their wifi since my mom is not a techie. This is my parent’s third time staying in this hotel and will definitely book again! Highly recommended! 💓

Hotel room was clean at the very least and the facilities were good. Location was also close proximity to a local market and to malls like SM Zamboanga or KCC. Staff could improve on the customer service though. The lady I talked to was kinda rude.

내가 방에 대해 가장 좋아하는 것은 창문이었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방 내부의 닫힌 문에 대해 약간 혼란 스러웠지만 방은 안전하고 편안했습니다. 에어컨은 생각보다 춥지 않았지만 그래도 관리할 수 있었습니다. 샤워기 수압이 꽤 낮고 따뜻한 물도 없었지만 머무는 동안 관리할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 광고된 대로 영국식/아일랜드식 아침 식사를 기대했지만 대신 필리핀식 아침 식사로 밝혀졌습니다. 그러나 음식은 여전히 괜찮았습니다. 개선에 대한 한 가지 제안은 스마트 TV를 추가하거나 Netflix와 같은 스트리밍 서비스에 액세스를 제공하여 특히 밤에 저녁을 더 즐길 수 있도록 하는 것입니다. 전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 숙박을했습니다. 몇 가지 사소한 문제에도 불구하고 경험은 좋았고 제공되는 환대에 감사드립니다.

위치가 좋습니다. 호텔은 5분 거리에 있는 삼보앙가 공항에서 무료 공항 교통편을 제공합니다. 리셉셔니스트는 정중하고 친절했습니다. 체크인 절차가 빠릅니다. 방이 오래되었고 욕조는 머리카락이 몇 개 보였기 때문에 깨끗이 청소되지 않았습니다. 욕조 손잡이의 나사가 느슨해서 위험할 수 있습니다. 방에 무료 워셔 병이 제공되지 않았습니다.

공항 근처의 편안하고 기본적인 호텔. 그들의 tablea 카페는 좋은 커피와 핫 초콜릿을 제공합니다. 아침 식사 레스토랑의 직원이 더 많은 의사 소통을 배워야 합니다. 주문이 chorizo였을 때 정어리를 제공받았습니다. 그리고 실수에 대해 사과하는 대신, 그녀는 내가 ”스페인어”라고 말하는 것을 듣고 정어리를 주문했다고 가정했습니다. 호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 디럭스 패밀리 룸(성인 3명 + 어린이 1명)을 예약합니다. 상점에서 멀지 않은 곳에 여기에서 일하는 모든 사람들은 매우 튀었습니다. 거대한 차량을 운전하는 경우 주차장은 말 그대로 10 걸음 떨어진 도로로 인해 뒤로 나가는 작업이 될 수 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 전반적으로 훌륭한 호텔이며 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Marcian is one of the best hotels in Samboanga. They have beautiful reception venues for weddings and other occasion. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. The customer service of the staff iled by John is empeccable. We had a good time meeting with families from the reception to our spacious room. Thank you for taking good care of every details.
