조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 삼보앙가반도 호텔

Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

The location is very good near to downtown area. It is very affirdable as compared to other establishment. I will comeback here in some other time

Staff so friendly and accommodating food are good facilities are good . Hotel room so clean so far thank you so much we have enjoy the entire stay .

Honest review ever o hotel is the best hotel in city proper of zamboanga city that i have stayed, staff are so accomodating and the facility is clean.

우리는 Gwandalan House에서 편안하고 편안한 숙박을했습니다. 우리는 우리가 번거 로움없이 호텔에 도착할 수있게 해주는 공항 서비스의 신속한 도착에 감사드립니다. 방은 멋진 베개, 따뜻한 물 및 효율적인 에어컨으로 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 광장과 대로도 호텔에서 도보 거리에 있지만 피곤하면 1 인당 15-20php 비용이 드는 세발 자전거를 우박하는 것도 매우 쉽습니다. 다음에 Dipolog를 방문 할 때이 호텔을 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

프런트 데스크가 그렇게 친절하지 않은 것 같았어요. 공항 교통편에 대해 문의했는데, 제가 통화한 예약 담당자는 우리의 요청에 응해 달라고 짜증을 낸 듯한 어조로 말했어요. 잠바옹가로 돌아가면 다른 호텔을 고려할 것 같아요.

숙박은 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 괜찮았고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만, 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 실습생들이 고객 서비스에 대한 교육이 부족했다는 것입니다. 복도나 계단에서 무리를 지어 다니며 시끄럽게 떠들었고, 투숙객들이 쉬거나 잠을 자고 있는 것을 전혀 배려하지 않았습니다. 항상 함께 다니는 모습도 눈에 띄었습니다. 특히 엘리베이터에서는 투숙객들이 먼저 내리도록 양보하지 않고 무리지어 타는 경우가 많았습니다. 복도에서도 마찬가지였습니다. 실습생들은 호텔 투숙객을 대하는 기본적인 예절 교육을 받은 후에 배치되어야 할 것 같습니다.

Good room for that price. Nothing fancy , just a bed with mattress and two plastic chairs . Water pressure very low, good luck taking shower. No elevator to 3rd or 4th floor, so watch out for your knees. Overall ok.

The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm. The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner .. kindly see the photos .
