A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

El personal es muy amable!!
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!!
Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida.
Sin duda regresaría al hotel!!
Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!!
Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

really liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road

- Wi-Fi가 나빴고 작업에 필요했습니다. ... ”invitados”Wi-Fi가 보안되지 않았기 때문에 휴대 전화로 로그인 할 수 있었지만 Mac에서는 로그인 할 수 없었습니다. 나는 일하기 위해 다른 커피 숍에 가야했다

熱水小而且要等好一陣子才會有熱水
住宿期間一直都有各種聲音並不安靜
飯店有提供耳塞但我建議大家準備最強效的
距離市中心走路15分鐘可到

리리뷰어Todo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

GGeriShaikh호텔은 우리 첫날 밤에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 그들은 작은 물 한 병을 제공하고 고객이 ”정수된” 물 디스펜서에서 더 많은 물을 얻을 수 있기를 기대합니다. 이 디스펜서는 완전히 비어 있었고 더 이상 필요하지 않은 다음 날 저녁까지 리필되지 않았습니다. 위치는 상점, 카페, 레스토랑, 약국 등으로 걸어 갈 수 없습니다. 어디든 가려면 택시를 타야합니다.
직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 플러스였습니다.
방의 크기는 괜찮 았습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 방의 좋은 조명. 좋은 크기의 욕실. 야간에는 아래 도시의 멋진 전망.
가장 큰 단점은 우리 두 번째의 AC였으며 어젯밤 침대로 새고있었습니다. 밤새도록 그것을 차단하고 창문이 열리지 않기 때문에 더 따뜻한 온도에서 불편 함을 견야했습니다.
수압은 정말 좋았습니다. 불행히도 뜨거운 물은 일관성이 없으며 뜨겁고 차가운 사이에서 계속 변동합니다.
나는 모든 부정적인 것을 고려할 때 가치가 좋다고 생각하지 않습니다. 나는이 호텔로 돌아 오지 않을 것이다.

리리뷰어We visited Oaxaca City in September, 2025, and stayed for a week at La Catrina de Alcalá. We had a King room towards the back of the building. The room was large with plenty of room to store all of our items (clothes, toiletries, backpacks, umbrellas, etc.) and was very quiet. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The included breakfast was continental, so we ordered off the menu a couple of times. All the food was delicious and fresh. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Mole Tamale. Finally, the location was perfect! The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return on our next trip to Oaxaca City.

리리뷰어주변에 매우 친절한 직원이 있으며 대부분 영어를 조금 할 수 있으므로 언어가 문제가되지 않았습니다. 방은 크고 편안한 침대가 있는 멋지고 큽니다. 그러나 나는 벽 / 문이 방음이 잘 되지 않는다는 것을 알았습니다. 매우 시끄러운 이웃이 있다면 대화를 명확하게들을 수 있습니다. 나는 일부 리뷰와 달리 음식과 음료가 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 전형적인 올 인클루시브 음식 팬파르. 이곳은 미슐랭이나 5성급 리조트가 아니므로 기대치를 조정하십시오. 도보로 6분 거리에 있는 자매 호텔에서 야간 쇼가 있습니다. 그에 따라 기대치를 다시 조정하면 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어Hotel is located in the city centre of Santa Cruz area which is a short walk to the beach. It is surrounded by cafe, restaurants and local stores to shop. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful despite our limited spanish - they will try their best to accommodate your needs and answers your questions. It costs about 40 - 50 pesos to downtown (you can choose to walk too but we find it too hot for us). Personally, we find that the area is very safe and pleasant - unlike other larger touristy city, vendors are less pushy and very respectful and give you the space to shop.

사진이 잘 보이지는 않지만 실제보다 훨씬 좋습니다!
유일한 사소한 문제는 밤에 정문입니다. 잠겨 있으므로 노크해야하며 직원이 잠들면 조금 기다릴 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 깨끗하고 저렴하며 개성이 넘칩니다. 강력 추천!

리리뷰어Lovely little place, there was nothing to fault with it but also nothing really blew me away. It has a sort of upmarket hostel vibe. Like it is clean, lovely service but the screen door to my room fell off, but they fixed it right away. There was a whole water cooler bottle of drinking water but the contraption to use it was a bit weird. The view from my room was amazing, but the whole place was just a little tired. Lovely people though and it felt very safe.
