조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 이탈리아 아풀리아 호텔

Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking. The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location. I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place. I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room! I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused. Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside. I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees. After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages. The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water. It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.” She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me! I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts. Don't give this rude lady business. I never did get to play a game of billiards.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent. However, there are some significant downsides. First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking. Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy. Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising. Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night. The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50. The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money. Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic. The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes. A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5 If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor.. The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero. The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service. But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives. On both the 2nd and 3rd fll Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed. The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

이 숙소에서 Trullo에 머무르는 것은 얼마나 놀라운 경험입니까! 남편과 나는 Puglia의 비수기의 시작인 11월 중순에 숙박을 예약했습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 컨시어지 / 관리자 인 Ugo는 우리를 로프트 / 우수한 숙박 시설로 친절하게 업그레이드했습니다. 환상적이었어요! 그는 개인적으로 우리를 매력적인 Trullo로 안내했습니다. 이곳은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗할 뿐만 아니라 역사적이고 고풍스러운 구조임에도 불구하고 완전히 현대화되었습니다. 우리는 대리석 바닥이 가열되고 매우 토스트하다는 것을 알기 위해 쌀쌀한 날에 도착했습니다! 퀸 사이즈 침대는 편안했고 업데이트된 욕실은 거대했고 거대한 샤워 시설이 있었습니다. 작은 주거용 주택에는 장기간 머물려면 시설이 잘 갖추어진 현대적인 주방도 있었습니다. 마지막으로 체크아웃할 때 작은 보석 상자를 욕실에 두고 왔습니다. 우리는 기차역까지 택시로 20분을 탔고, 분명히 Ugo는 타는 동안 운전사에게 연락하여 상자를 찾았다고 알려주려고 했습니다. 결국 다음 호텔에서 내 감독을 발견하고 우고에게 연락했을 때 그는 친절하게 내 보석을 미국에 있는 내 집으로 배송했습니다. 나는 이 속성이나 그 관리를 충분히 높이 평가할 수 없습니다. 주저하지 말고 여기에 머무르십시오!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. All’arrivo ho ricevuto gratuitamente un upgrade a una camera superiore: ampia, pulita e dotata di un letto estremamente comodo. La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza, ricca e varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con l’immancabile pasticciotto leccese che ha reso la mattina ancora più speciale. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

정말 환상적인 호텔이에요!! 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 배려심 넘치고 유능하세요. 바리에서 두브로브니크로 가는 유일한 페리를 예약하는 데 문제가 있었는데, 수요가 너무 많아 불가능한 상황이었어요. 하지만 프런트 직원분들이 문제 해결을 위해 쏟으신 시간과 노력은 정말 놀라웠습니다. 로잔나 씨는 심지어 여행사 친구들에게까지 연락해서 저희가 이틀 더 방을 예약할 수 있도록 도와주셨어요. 남자 동료분도 여러 가지 옵션을 제시해 주시느라 마찬가지로 열정적이셨습니다. 호텔은 세련되고 깨끗하며 구조도 아주 훌륭해요. 전용 주차장도 하루 10유로로 아주 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 헬스장은 제 모든 요구를 충족시켜 주었고, 수영장은 바리의 여유로운 분위기의 이 멋진 동네에서 또 다른 큰 장점입니다. 호텔은 구시가지에서 택시로 10유로 정도 거리에 있습니다. 객실 미니바와 로비에는 무료 무알코올 음료가 제공되고, 이탈리아에서 무료 커피라니! 처음 들어봤어요!! 객실 요금에 포함된 조식은 다양하고 푸짐한 뷔페로, 건강에 좋은 메뉴가 많이 준비되어 있습니다.

das Hotel entspricht den Standards von Hilton, die beiden Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist gross und schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Lecce, bis zum Meer. Leider mussten wir über 80€ zusätzlich zahlen, da anscheinend bei der Buchung (von 2 Zimmer) nur eine Person angegeben wurde 🤓, soll ich die Zimmer selber belegen ? so hat uns die Übernachtung einiges mehr gekostet als wenn wir direkt bei Hilton gebucht hätten und da wäre das Frühstück inklusive gewesen, so hat es nochmals 50€ gekostet.

An Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay. There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy. Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

호텔의 위치는 훌륭하고 해변과 매우 가깝고 시내 중심가에서 도보 거리에 있어 이 지역을 쉽고 즐겁게 탐험할 수 있습니다. 주차공간도 넉넉해서 매우 편리합니다. 그러나 나는 밤에 좋은 경험을하지 못했습니다. 연기 감지기는 침대 바로 위에 배치되었으며 몇 초마다 녹색 LED 조명이 깜박였습니다. 이것은 휴식을 취하기가 매우 어려웠습니다. 잠을 잘 수 있도록 매트리스를 침실에서 옮기고 욕실 근처 복도에 놓아야 빛에서 벗어나야 했습니다. 이는 호텔 환경에서 분명히 받아들일 수 없습니다. 이것은 배치를 조정하거나 빛의 영향을 줄여야 하는 것을 다시 고려해야 합니다. 전반적으로 위치가 강한 지점이지만이 문제는 내 체류에 크게 영향을 미쳤습니다.
