I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

المكان مطل ع البحيرة والمسجد واطلاله ثانية من جهة غرفة النوم كذاك وقريب من الخدمات . الشقة متوفر فيها جميع الاجهزة من غسالة وثلاجة ميكرويف وبوتجاز وكذلك اداوات للطبخ والنظافة يوميا وكذلك المعاملة راقية وسريعين في الاستجابة كانت الاقامة ممتعة جدا

전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무는 동안 기복이 있었습니다. 주차장에 있는 사람은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 도움이 되었고 내 차를 잘 돌봐주셔서 긍정적인 출발이었습니다. 그러나 접수원의 미소는 잠재적으로 문화적이지만 약간의 차가운 인상을 남겼습니다. 체크인은 효율적이었고 206호실은 깨끗했지만 주전자나 다리미가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 밝은면에서 에어컨은 잘 작동했습니다. 샤워 헤드는 내 취향이 아니기 때문에 개선 될 수 있습니다. 또한 크고 작은 수건 하나만 제공하면 다소 적습니다. 긍정적 인 메모에서 호텔의 위치는 도보 거리에 상점이있어 편리했습니다. 체크 아웃은 간단했고 접수 원에게 열쇠를 넘겨주었습니다. 결론적으로 긍정적 인 측면이 있었지만 편의 시설과 서비스 태도의 몇 가지 개선은이 호텔의 전반적인 경험을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.

Garden View House is located up n steep hill - if you have luggage and arrive without a vehicle , this might be a problem. Mahmet, who is the caretaker, might be able to organize a taxi for you if you arrive via bus. The map on the site will lead you to the house - there is no name plate on the house and as I arrived in heavy snow it was very confusing. The room is comfortable with great views. Mahmet is a very kind and supportive man that will help you with whatever he can. The owners respond quickly and are very nice.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

머물기에 좋은 곳, 터키에서 최고의 숙박이었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 영어를 할 수 있습니다. 전망은 매혹적이며 주변 환경이있는 위치는 도시 근처에 있다는 것을 잊게합니다. 장소에 들어서면 아름다운 풍경, 건축물, 전망, 하이킹 코스 등이 있는 한적한 낙원에 있는 것처럼 느껴집니다. 또한 레스토랑이 바다에서 직접 계단을 내려가는다는 아이디어는 놀랍습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 잠시 동안 가장 즐거운 식사 중 하나였습니다. 마지막으로 듀플렉스 룸을 예약했고 개인 코티지로 업그레이드했습니다. 모든 것에 감사드립니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Economic, clean, good location, and helpful staff. However, be aware of a few things: • You can hear anyone passing by in front of the room — sound insulation is poor. • There is no elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. • On Trip.com, the standard room was advertised as having a balcony with river view, but in reality, it was a side room with a balcony facing the neighboring hotel, offering no actual view. The hotel staff clarified that only the larger apartment-style rooms have a river view. • I contacted Trip.com for clarification, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear response.
