위치는 편리했지만 다시 무엇을 위해? 서비스는 친절하고 능숙하며 전문적이었습니다. 나는 욕실 바닥에 음료를 쏟아 붓고 티슈를 사용하여 닦았고 티슈가 검게 변하는 것을 보았습니다. 나는 멍했다. 동일한 결과를 가진 거실에서도 비슷한 상황이 발생했습니다. 말할 필요도 없이 위생은 가장 중요한 것이 아닙니다. 또한 변기 시트를 닫을 때 덮개 뒷면이 오줌으로 얼룩져 있다고 상상할 수 있습니다. 주방 : 요리사와 maitre de는 저녁 식사가 매우 높은 수준이었기 때문에 하루를 구했습니다. 축하합니다. 잘했습니다. 👏 ✔️

Stay was very pleasent, staff behavior very good. Good for family stay. Foods were delicious. Location main market of jammu

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

위치는 lal chowk까지 도보 거리입니다. 조용한 길이며 상당히 깨끗합니다. 장식은 훌륭하고 방에는 히터와 전기 담요 및 팬이 있습니다. 따뜻한 물은 아침에 사용할 수 있는 것 같지만 올해 이맘때의 얼어붙은 온도 때문에 대부분 저녁에 사용할 수 없습니다. 개인적으로는 평소 저녁 샤워도 하기 때문에 문제였습니다. 모든 방에는 창문이 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 즐겁고 추천되었습니다. 직원들은 정중하고 출발할 때 자동을 얻는 데 도움이되었습니다. 전반적으로 경험은 충분히 즐거웠으며 일반적으로 하루에 한 번만 목욕을하면 괜찮을 것입니다.

방은 아늑하고 깨끗했으며 산의 멋진 전망을 제공했습니다. 호텔에는 손님이 즐길 수 있는 당구대도 있어 좋은 보너스였습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 머무는 동안 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 경험!

Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.

잠무 최고의 위치에 있는 이 호텔은 매우 귀중한 발견이며 잠무로 돌아올 때마다 방문합니다. 공항에서 몇 분 거리에 있으며 직원들은 항상 우리의 선호도를 알고 있습니다. 요청 시 매일 방을 청소합니다. 호텔 외부의 택시를 타거나 시간당 운전 기사를 요청하는 것은 매우 쉽습니다. 솔로 여성 여행자에게도 매우 안전합니다.
