Generally pretty good. Hotel is slightly older and more tired than it looks in the photos. Hotel is in same building as a large shopping mall.

Kami datang untuk check in sekitar pukul 22.30 dan saat itu kamu harus menurunkan bagasi sendiri, dan menaikkan ke troli bagasi hotel sendiri pula. Di reception sedang melayani satu orang dan lama sekali. Sudah tahu hari itu sangat ramai kenapa cm dihandle satu orang reception tanpa ada bantuan dari belboy atau housekeeping.

1. 오픈한지 1주일밖에 안된 따끈따끈한 호텔이었습니다. 룸을 포함해서 모든것이 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 2. 위치는 공항에서 20분정도 거리였고, 데라완을 가는 항구에서는 5분정도 거리였는데 시내 중심부에 있어요 3. 음식은 나갈 필요없이 레스토랑을 이용하는게 제일 좋은거 아니었나 싶습니다. 베라우가 딱히 이렇다할 음식이 없는데 호텔은 피자, 버거, 밥 종류등 모든 종류가 있기 때문이고 맛도 좋았어요. 이슬람문화이기 때문에 어디서든 알콜은 팔지 않습니다.ㅎ 4. 직원들 수준이 생각보다 좋았어요. 물론 경비는 영어를 잘 하지 못합니다. 5. 룸내부에는 물병이 있는데 물은 복도나 엘리베이터 주변에 배치되었있으니 필요한 만큼 가져다 마실수 있습니다. 저는 기계작동이 어려워 물병을 가지고 레스토랑에 내려가 물좀 달라고 부탁해서 마셨어요. 3층 전체가 미팅룸, 레스토랑으로 되어 있고, 중앙에 유리박스 흡연실과 베란다 쪽에서 흡연이 가능합니다. 6. 1층은 막 들어가면 로비가 있고 오른쪽으로 쭉 가다보면 수영장과 운동실이 있습니다. 7. 다음에 베라우에 간다면 꼭 다시 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다.

출장을 위한 훌륭한 위치, 매우 전략적이며 접근하기 쉽습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고 회의 후 휴식을 취하기에 완벽했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 머무는 동안 도움이 되었습니다. 편의 시설은 충분했고 모든 것이 잘 작동했습니다. 전반적으로 비즈니스 여행객에게 쾌적하고 편리한 숙박입니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

방은 작은데 아주 깔끔함. 침대가 너무 편안했음.룸서비스 음식도 저렴한데 맛있음.쇼핑몰과 멀지 않아서 만약 다음에 온다면 여기서 머물것 같음. 커플이 머물기엔 좀 작음.

사마린다에 있는 대형 현대식 호텔입니다. 시내 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다(교통량이 적을 때는 차로 20분, 러시아워에는 30-35분). 빅몰 바로 위에 위치하지만, 호텔 접근성이 좋지 않습니다. 특히 보행자와 온라인 푸드 배달원이 호텔 정문으로 들어가려면 차량 진입로를 통과해야 하기 때문입니다! 객실은 현대적이고 깨끗하며 훌륭한 편의 시설이 있습니다. 하지만 방음이 잘 안 되어서 객실 밖에서 나는 소리가 잘 들렸습니다. 체크인을 할 때 줄을 서야 해서 1시간 이상 걸렸고, 체크인 과정 자체도 오래 걸렸습니다. 체크인에 가장 오래 걸린 시간이었습니다! 줄은 제 앞에 다섯 명밖에 없었고, 체크인 카운터는 모두 열었습니다.

객실 크기는 충분히 큽니다. 아침 식사 포함 55달러라는 가격을 생각하면 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다. 하지만 불행히도 하우스키핑이 시트 교체를 하지 않은 것 같습니다. 침대 시트, 이불 시트, 베개 커버에 혈흔, ”***** 또는 뭔가 이상한” 얼룩이 있었습니다.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and overall my experience has always been good. The staff are polite, helpful, and the stay is usually comfortable. That is why I keep choosing this hotel. The main issue is the internet connection. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and sometimes it does not connect properly to my laptop. I have reported this many times during my previous stays, but the problem is still not solved. I hope the hotel can improve this, because the rest of the stay is generally good.
