조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 스털링 호텔

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable about Scottish heritage. He's the kind of host that make the stay very enjoyable. Top notch

Inside the Stirling university which is a nice and quiet environment, but it requires travelling to the city centre. There is no restaurant which opens for dinner except that in the hotel. The original room on ground floor given to us has a strong odour smell, which did not disappear after cleaning by housekeeping team. The reception initially refused to change the room. Only after we insisted then we were given another room on the first floor, but it wasted us almost 1.5 hour in waiting. Otherwise, everything is very good including the excellent breakfast.

Amenities good and clean. Outside going across to restaurant could do with a clean-up.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓었으며 따뜻했습니다. 침대는 편안했지만 샤워는 끔찍했습니다. 수압이 약하고 온도가 계속 바뀌어서 예고 없이 화상을 입을 수 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 위치, 직원 등 모든 것이 훌륭했기 때문에 다시 방문하고 추천할 만한 곳입니다.

Wir hatten ein hundefreundliches Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer im Cottage, in dem schon ein Hundebett, -napf und Leckerlis auf uns gewartet haben. Wir konnten auch gleich einen Tisch im dazugehörigen Pub reservieren. Der Service sowohl am Empfang als auch im Pub war sehr aufmerksam und insgesamt haben wir uns bei unserem Aufenthalt während der West Highland Way Wanderung sehr wohl gefühlt.

매우 좋지만 장소가 약간 편향되어 자동차 운전에 적합합니다. 주유소와 홈바기안이 아주 가까워서 다 사기 편하고 추천합니다

酒店是古老建築物，從前台走到房間是行樓梯，小小的房間尚算整潔，早餐是即叫即做，非常可口美味。 在那裡認識了一對來自北愛爾蘭的夫婦，他們倆非常健談，還交換了聯絡方式。

우리는 Hotel Colessio에서 왕족처럼 대우 받았습니다. Bruce Suite는 기억에 남는 생일 밤을 보낼 수 있는 완벽하고 고급스러운 장소였습니다. 환영하는 직원들은 세심하고 달콤하며 도움이되었습니다. 우리가 여행하고 싶은 사이트까지 걸어가는 것이 너무 편리했습니다. 침대와 편의 시설은 우리를 숙면으로 이끌었고 우리는 맛있는 아침 식사를 맛 보았습니다. 우리는 Hotel Colessio의 멋진 추억을 가지고 있습니다!

A beautiful place and lovely surroundings. Great breakfast and nice gym. Room is spacious and comfortable with big screen TV.
