리리뷰어위치가 정말 최고였어요. 대중교통으로 쉽게 갈 수 있고, 근처에 주차 공간도 넉넉했어요. 리버풀 중심부에 있어서 멋진 레스토랑과 나이트라이프를 즐기기에도 아주 편리했습니다. 객실은 넓고 현대적이며 깨끗했고, 역사적인 건축물과 현대적인 건축물이 어우러진 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 건 직원들이었어요. 저희를 위해 최선을 다해 도와주고 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 놀라운 가격에 훌륭한 경험을 할 수 있었어요!

리리뷰어We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room.
Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

JJay-PeeMy Stay at Knowsley Inn & Lounge: A Delightful Weekend Getaway
Just wrapped up a lovely weekend at Knowsley Inn & Lounge and wanted to share my experience! At £124.90 for two nights, it offered great value for a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle.
The location on Ribblers Lane in Knowsley (L34 9HA) was perfect for what I needed. While not directly in Liverpool city center, it provided a more relaxed atmosphere while still being accessible to attractions. The area had a pleasant suburban feel that made for peaceful evenings after busy days exploring.
I stayed from **Saturday, August 9 to Monday, August 11, 2025** — a nice two-night weekend break. Check-in after 2 PM was straightforward and efficient, and the 11 AM check-out time gave me plenty of time to get ready without feeling rushed on my final morning.
The property itself had a charming character (I could see the building facade in the booking thumbnail), and everything inside was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed.
What I particularly appreciated was the **all-inclusive pricing** — the £124.90 covered everything with no hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout. The Trip.com booking process was seamless, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence when booking.
The ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features on the app came in handy when I needed to ask about local transport options. Being able to communicate directly through the app rather than making international calls was super convenient.
Is it the most luxurious place I've ever stayed? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Knowsley Inn & Lounge delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, clean, and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price point.
**Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a nice weekend retreat in the Knowsley area with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for couples or solo travelers wanting to explore Liverpool and the surrounding areas without breaking the bank.

리리뷰어Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately. We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel. We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry. Hotel is nice however looking tired. Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot. Otherwise a nice room.

리리뷰어This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

리리뷰어We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks.
Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

DDelboy나에게 있어 이것은 경기 당일 숙박할 수 있는 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치였습니다. 방은 거대했고, 넉넉한 차와 커피 시설과 함께 거대한 욕실을 갖춘 객실의 오래된 전통적인 모습이 마음에 듭니다. 시내 중심가에 있고 일찍 체크인할 수는 없었지만 대도시를 돌아다니는 동안 짐을 안전하게 보관해 주었습니다.

리리뷰어Pleasant Stay with a Few Shortcomings
My stay at the hotel it had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and a great way to start the day.
However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. While the room appeared clean overall, the linen had an unpleasant smell, which was off-putting. Furthermore, some areas seemed to be neglected in terms of cleanliness.
Despite these issues, the hotel has potential, and I believe addressing these concerns would significantly improve the guest experience. I would give my stay a rating of 3 to 4 stars, as the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were notable highlights.

훌륭함
익익명 사용자리버풀역 바로 옆이라 위치도 매우 좋고 기차여행도 매우 편리합니다. 맞은편에 박물관이 있고 주변 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 관리 사업은 매우 훌륭하며, 층에 들어가고 나가려면 카드를 스 와이프해야합니다. 호텔의 전반적인 장식 스타일은 매우 패셔너블하고 객실과 로비에는 유명한 그림이 가득하며 객실도 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 화장실이 너무 구식이고 물 내리는 소리가 너무 크다는 점입니다.
